About Gaffle

'Gaffle' is a young veteran of the Fifth Crusade who was saved by Pathfinders during an engagment Worldwound. He was the unit's expert at midnight requisitions and one of the Pathfinders who rescued him recruited him as a resourceful asset. His real name is Halfrey but he never uses it.

- Experienced Smuggler
When the GM rolls your Stealth check to see if a passive observer notices a small item you have concealed, the GM uses the number rolled or 10—whichever is higher—as the result of your die roll, adding it to your Stealth modifier to determine your Stealth check result.
- Low-Light Vision
You can see in dim light as though it were bright light, and you ignore the concealed condition due to dim light.
- Mage Hand (evocation)
Command a floating hand to move an object.
- Nimble Dodge
Trigger: A creature targets you with an attack and you can see the attacker.; Requirements: You are not encumbered.; You deftly dodge out of the way, gaining a +2 circumstance bonus to AC against the triggering attack.
- Otherworldly Magic (Mage Hand)
Your elven magic manifests as a simple arcane spell, even if you aren’t formally trained in magic. You can cast this cantrip as an arcane innate spell at will. A cantrip is heightened to a spell level equal to half your level rounded up.
- Racket: Thief
When you attack with a finesse melee weapon, you can add your Dexterity modifier to damage rolls instead of your Strength modifier.
- Recognize Spell
Identify a spell as a reaction as it’s being cast.
- Sneak Attack (+1d6)
If you Strike a creature that has the flat-footed condition with an agile or finesse melee weapon, an agile or finesse unarmed attack, or a ranged weapon attack, you deal extra precision damage.
- Surprise Attack
On the first round of combat, if you roll Deception or Stealth for initiative, creatures that haven’t acted are flat-footed to you.
