![]() The stuff after each name is a great idea and I have seen it many times. It is certainly good idea to summarize players' actions. The cyclical system is a new one for me though. I think I do get it, but I have to make sure to remember it next fight as it is really counter-intuitive, at least for me (as although there is R4 at the top, almost all the stated actions are from R3, only the ones after the gap are R4). ![]()

![]() @GM: Could we agree that as long as we are not rushed (and unless some of the others want to do something time sensitive), Gabriel will spent as many rounds searching the new location as it takes to find all available info with the detection ability? It might speed up the play now and Gabriel will not hog the spotlight... @others: Sorry for slowing the game. Gabriel wants to feel like a useful part of the group (especially after some of the remarks you had in the tavern) and that means he will try to detect dangers and protect you from it. But he does not aim to be the leader of the group and will defer to your judgement on how to proceed (although he might voice his opinion if he does not like it) so feel free to take the initiative and tell him what to do (or ignore what he is doing...) ![]()

One is to the north - the statue in the courtyard. It is either quite a strong evil object or a creature disguised as a statue. The second one is to the west, but I am unable to pinpoit it's location. That might mean I can not see it from here. How do you want to proceed?" Gabriel states calmly and relatively quitely, hoping that it can not be heard by the creatures (if they are in fact creatures). I hope I got it right from the description of detect evil... |
