«You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to your check when you use the Aid reaction or Assist action (see page 307).»

Fult sees no check in the Assist action sooo Fult should read : «You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to your check when you use the Aid reaction or to your attack when you use the Assist action (see page 307).»

Fult is pernickety today.

>> Furious Sprint : Stride up to four times your Speed in a straight line. You can add an additional action to Furious Sprint to Stride up to six times your Speed in a straight line instead.

Fult not sure...

If Fult Speed is 20, Fult understands that he could Stride up to 80 feet per action (4 x 20) w/o the additional action, no?

How the additional action can transform "four times your Speed" into "six times your Speed"? Does it mean Fult could Stride up to 120 ft per action?!

Fult’s name is Fult.
Fult wants to talk.
Have beer and shut up.
Fult comes from North and wants to join a war band.

< A gnome head out from behind Fult > « Our war band, The Frozen Fingers, would be an internal sub-community of The Seventh Veil, a sub-community that have complete autonomy to setup its internal structure, ranks, goals, identity, membership, etc. as long as it remains under TSV umbrella, a sub-community that... »
<Fult bonks the gnome on the head> Quiet, Small One !

Fult says Fult wants to join a war band which follows a handful of principles :
< Fult begins to count on his fingers >
First finger... protection of nation/settlement...
< The gnome adds > « ...martial assistance at war time »
Second finger... protection of people...
< The gnome adds > « ... he means defense-of-opportunity to merchants, gatherers, orphans, nice people...»
Third finger... protection of land...
< The gnome adds > « ... like patrols to prevent outsiders intrusion»
Fourth finger... exploration...
< The gnome adds > « ... aaah ! new worlds, new life, strange civilizations... »
Fifth finger... feasting around bonfire
< The gnome adds > « ...and having great time doing so ! »
<Fult bonks the gnome on the head > Fult will cut your tongue, Gnome !

Fingers order cascades. Warriors can receive demands from TSV councils, or from companies or from members, but petitions never change the order of the fingers of the hand.

Fult sees montly community training, weekly warrior training and daily feasting around bonfires. But other warriors may want to feast more often.

Training is duty.
Good iron is duty.
Honor is duty.

Fult’s principles are :
- Use top quality weapons
- Use varying methods of attack
- Don’t plan everything in detail
- Mourn fallen fighters, allies or enemies
- Bury allies and enemies with their weapons, armor and precious talismans if they fought honorably.
- Outlaws, bandits, thieves and arcane magic users are let for the wolves and their iron will be forged for the company's needs
- If an enemy is hungry, share meal with him. If he is still enemy after the meal, kill him
- Find good battle comrades
- Choose one chief who proved himself
- Be a good merchant
- Don’t demand overpayment
- Consult all members for advice
- Keep camp in order
- Enjoy activities which strengthen the group

Fult not makes differences based on nationalities because Fult not even sure he will see another Kellid before many years. If so, Fult will greatly welcome new Kellids on the block. Druids, shamans, bards, clerics, rangers... anyone honorable can also join.

< The gnome adds > « Ooooh !... and gnome cavaliers on dogs ! Charge ! Woof, woof !»
< Fult bonks the gnome on the head and sighs >

Tribe structure is really really good and really really simple :
Warriors learn to know other warriors in fighting many many battles.
If someone wants to know who is the chief, someone watches the one the others follow.
If someone else wants to be the chief, he runs at the enemies and shouts "Follow me !"
If nobody follows, usually the warrior cannot pretend to leadership a second time.
If everyone follows and it is good battle, then the warrior is maybe future good chief.
If there are two good chiefs and there is argument, two things : one dies or the tribe becomes two tribes. Hopefully with alliance.
Fult never saw bad chief standing more than one battle. If tribe fighters think the chief has bad eye, best for tribe to throw away the bad eye before more die.

Soooo... actual structure not defined because fighters have to fight together and choose chieftain together. Eventually, many tribes of any size and many chieftains who can meet as equals and decide what to do if great dangers. As structure allows tribes to split and joins easily, structure good for small war bands who prefers to fight together and join if events require to.

< The gnome rubs his head gingerly, checking occasionally for blood > « ... yes, yes, but with the intent to become a Charter Company as soon as it is cost beneficial to do so, with the interests of the sub-community and TSV in mind. »
< Fult eyes the gnome and dons slowly his spiked gauntlets>

Fult not aristocrat. Fult not knows strong words to make people follow. Fult not makes words roll in mouth in music like bards do. But Fult wil be proud to fight with people minded like Fult.

< The gnome adds nervously > New members will find the application process here. Be sure to post in your thread that your intent is to join this sub-community. You may also join TSV for the sheer pleasure to enjoy playing in a friendly atmosphere and in a respectful... er... way...
