I was curious as to why it takes about 2 weeks for the Wormwood to reach the fever sea from Port Peril. By ship's speed rules, it should only take a few days.

or do I have this wrong?


I have a half-elf Synthesis Summoner (quadruped base form).

Would the spell Enlarge Person function with him?

Spell says it enlarge a humanoid creature (Summoner is; eidolon isnt)

The fused eidolon write up mentions the two creature counts as both types, whichever is worst for him.

So, Enlarge Person, does it work?


I'm running a Skull & Shackles adventure and i have a PC who is a synthesis summoner.

I'm not entirely sure of how to deal with the temoporary HP and how it is affected by non-lethal damage (either through brawls, lashings or environment hazard.

Also; how this non-lethal damage would be affected by the summoner's life link.


I'm currently running a Skull & Shackles game and there is a lot of non-lethal damage being dished around early into the adventure.

among the PCs, i have a synthesis Summoner who spends most of his days in Eidolon form, including during punishment time.

i'm not sure how the non-lethal damage affects the summoner's temporary hp

Normally, lethal damage is taken normally and any damage exceeding the eidolon's hp can be passed down to the summoner himself.

does non-lethal damage depletes the temp HP normally and the summoner passes on non-lethal Hp over to his eidolon (thus healing from it faster himself?)

Does the temporary Hp has its own non-lethal HP to track?

or does the eidolon just... passes out and vanishes as normal?

I'm a little confused.

and while im at it, since Eidolon never recover HP or ability damage natural, all that constitution damage the eidolon has been accumulating will never recover until someone cast a restoration spell, right?


Greetings! I'll be starting to run the Skull & Shackles adventure path in a week and i am unfortunately still two players short. So i figured i'd come and ask here.

here's some information;
Skull & shackles Ap, starting with the wormwood mutiny (obviously!)

1st level
20pts buy
average starting gold
anything not 3rd party should be allowed, though check with me first
emerging firearms rules

my current two PCs have some experience with roleplaying but are new to pathfinder.
They are human Witch and human Gunslinger.

Games are planned to happen on sunday evenings, starting next weekend, roughtly 7pm to 11pm CDT

ideally, you should not have read the skull & shackles adventure path already.
