Trying to, just got started two weeks ago. Temple of Elemental Evil

Frakdar looks from Torgus to Gorak and then back: That is too bad. I can imagine you increasing your repertoire, to include the Falling Ogre, the Flying Elf, and of course the ever popular Goblin Bowling. Seems they would go well with the Orken Shield. You are unsure whether the typically stoic dwarf is being honest or showing a lighter side.

As they are watching, Frakdar turns to Gorak: Do you have the ability to make one of us grow to huge size like that duegar Frakdar practically spits the name, you can hear the disgust in his tone did in the last fight? It would be fun to enable super Torgus to strike out with his long arms and not allow anyone to close while the rest of us protect his flanks.

Bah, his chosen students failed, now he is seeking to poach the champions from Master Gond. I look at Gorak: Nothing personal, but I could never train with one such as he. From his garb and movements and his disciples methods, it is clear that his techniques are birthed in the raw savagery of his forefathers.

Frakdar walks over and looks down at the no longer huge duegar, you can see a combination of emotions, hatred among the main ones, cross his face. If we met in other circumstance, I might not accept your surrender. But this is a competition and I shall accept. Frakdar then steps back and awaits the other's responses.

Despite the beating he just took, Frakdar steps toward the giant dark dwarf and unloads a series of kicks and elbows at one of the giant's knees. 5-foot step to E8. Attack-FOB: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Attack-FOB: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Male Dwarf(Ouat Caste) Monk of the Four Winds/5
Snake Style-Sense Motive(crit confirm): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (7) + 13 = 20 <-- vs Crit (I assume 20 is an auto hit, so this is against the crit confirm) Snake Style-Sense Motice(unarmed): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26 Frakdar senses the super-duergar turning toward him. Unfortunately he just barely is unable to dodge to first vicious kick, but manages to duck, more out of pain from the first kick, and avoids the second pummeling fist. HP: 9/37 - 28 damage total. Round 4

Want to wait on Torgus, but will post. Round 3
Attack-FoB: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 6 + 1 = 25
Attack-FoB: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 6 + 1 = 14
If the D10 orc is dead from Torgus' attacks then I will not make any 5-foot move and will attack the C-9 orc instead. Come on ya orcs and drow dwarf, just try to hit me.
Male Dwarf(Ouat Caste) Monk of the Four Winds/5
I cannot see the Updated Map, all I get is the top left corner - in other words I can see the green orc and 1/2 of the duergar. But nothing to the right of the duegar or below them. Round 2
Attack-FOB: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 6 + 1 = 17 <-- extra +1 from racial hatred (orcs)
Attack-FOB: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 6 + 1 = 25 <-- extra +1 from racial hatred (orcs)
Hit 'em when they're up, hit em when they're down.
Male Dwarf(Ouat Caste) Monk of the Four Winds/5
Round 1 Close ranks all, don't let em flank us, concentrate attacks to take em down one at a time. I 5-foot move to C10 and ready and action to make an attack. Attack-Readied Action: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Also, I am using Snake Style, so if someone attacks me, here is the Sense Motive to replace AC. Current AC: 18+3(Mage Armor Potion)=21 <-- only +3 due to Bracers/Mage Armor duplicating
DM VoV: In the future, do you want me to preemptively make the Sense Motive checks, or just make rolls when the enemy gets attacks that beat my AC. If the latter, I will make the checks whenever I see an attack hitting and will resolve the Sense Motive check at that time. --> this is from the Snake Style feat.

Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19 <-- Missed it by that much. I will take one of the orcs. Never liked them much. I step into the circle across from the black cloth handed half-orc. I enter the Snake Style and then carefully analyze the enemy trying to discern what his first move will be. Sense Motive: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28 As a note, with snake style, I can make an Immediate Action to use a Sense Motive roll in place of my AC or touch AC. I also quaff a potion of Mage Armor raising my AC to 21 for the next hour.

I am not skilled in the use of any wands. I did purchase some potions to help in combat - and with healing when necessary. As far as the poison goes, I am not a proponent of using such . . . methods. I do not know whether it is legal in this land, or in this combat, but I personally would not favor the use of such dark tools. And congrats on the baby.

DM VoV:
Since I seem to have never bought anything with the initial 6k WBL for level 4, this is what I would like, please let me know if it works. Initial 6k:
1,500 Note:
Money remaining: 900
Well all, that was a fine meal. But, I wonder why that half-orc in black keeps following us. Seems to me that he is likely up to no good, should we go and ask him why he is trailing us?

Just make sure that she know she has to schedule the whole labor thing around your regular posting times. I am sure that will win you brownie points.

As a note, I will be away from home for the next week. Should be able to post in the morning and evening, but there are no guarantees. If I miss a day and am holding something up, please have someone post for me. I doubt I will miss a day, but one never knows being in the road.

Frakdar quietly accepts the food but eats little as it is spicier than he prefers. When Torgus begins requesting his first course of women, Frakdar simply shakes his head and continues to scan the room attempting to avoid looking at the oddly dressed patrons or the lord of lilac.
