Apologies but my combat tiers got sent back from customs in the UK. There was a customs fee and I wasnt around to pay it when this finally shipped due to being in hospital. According to the woman on the phone It was sent back to you on the 18th and you should be receiving it in the next week. Is it possible to repost it?

I posted before and have been trying to email back again but no response is happening so thought would try here as it worked last time - updated payment details with new address so hopefully payment can verify but I am getting no feedback from the website as to whether it has worked or not - can you check that the card is now working and get back to me please? also when are you expecting this preorder to ship?

Tried emailing you guys multiple times to no response. Your site is saying payment is declined however when i spoke to my bank they said not only have they not declined payment but they can see the name Paizo on their end and it all seems authorised. HELP???? I have updated my payment method multiple times this is a gift for my best friend/dm and I have been waiting over a year for the combat tiers to come back in stock so really would like to not miss out on this because of an issue with your payment system
