To the giant:

"Look here you over-sized bandit. I want you to know that the small folk are coming for revenge and that if we see you again we'll make sure you die."

He points to Cutie:

"That beast over there has chased down and killed a dozen giants on it's own. It's master will set it on you and the last thing you ever see will be that horn and those hooves trampling you down."

"Now go! Back into hills and trouble the small folk no more!"

Then he draws his dagger, cuts the giant's bonds, and steps back.

As the group goes through the contents of the giant's bags he asks: "Who keeps a bag of live pigs?"

The trickster pulls out a wand and heals his wounds.

I thought initiative didn't start until they revealed themselves and you rolled it.

Fitz grimaces at the pain in his twisted ankle.

He stands up behind the Menhir, dusting himself off from the dirt and branches stuck to his cloak after his tumble.

Rauber, the raccoon, climbs back his body to perch on his right shoulder.

He focuses for a brief moment to concentrate chanting a series of arcane phrases and passing his hands before him in an intricate series of motions.

He casts Haste, affecting himself and the rest of the party.

Becoming visible, Fitz pulls out a flask of alchemist's fire and tosses it down onto the earth concealing the hidden monster.

Realizing that there is something underground, Fitz backs quietly towards the ring of stones and climbs up to perch on top of them.

When he gets to the top of the stone, he drops his Vanish spell and signals to the others, pointing down to the inside of the stone circle where the danger lies hidden.

When he arrives he tells the others in a low voice.

"There is a party of giants approaching. I couldn't make out the type. I've never seen them before, but they aren't hill giants or ogres."

He continues:

"They definitely don't look like a war party. They appear to be a mixture of males and females, adult and young. If anything, I would almost think that they look something like the refugee parties of humans we've seen. I'm not sure what they'd be afraid of though."

"We can probably avoid them, or alert them to our presence and see if we can get information from from them."

Fitzroy's eyes widen as his familiar points out the movement in the dark.

The raccoon quickly dives into the little pack on Fitz's belt that he typically rides in.

Fitzroy quietly incants the words of a quick spell, casting Vanish on himself.

Invisible, he whispers to Naji: "I saw them too."

At this Rauber chitters indignantly.

"I'll take a closer look while you get the others awake and ready."

When the group sees the damage to the bridge, Fitz examines the damage and the suspicious circumstances of falling rocks on an empty plain.

I am already in one roll20 campaign.

Is it possible to set up multiple avatars for different games?

Seems like it has to be, I just don't see it at first glance.

Or do you, as gm, set up the tokens/avatars for the characters?
