Base Speed: Half-elves have a base speed of 30 feet.
Languages: Half-elves begin play speaking Common and Elven. Half-elves with high Intelligence scores can choose any languages they want (except secret languages, such as Druidic). See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.

Defense Racial Traits
Elven Immunities: Half-elves are immune to magic sleep effects and gain a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects.

Feat and Skill Racial Traits
Adaptability: Half-elves receive Skill Focus as a bonus feat at 1st level.
Keen Senses: Half-elves receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks.

Senses Racial Traits
Low-Light Vision: Half-elves can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
Blended View: Prerequisite(s): low-light vision. Half-drow whose non-drow parent had low-light vision might be blessed with a legacy of versatile senses. Characters with this trait keep their low-light vision but also gain darkvision to a distance of 60 feet. Half-elves can take this trait in place of multitalented.

Physical Appearance Fionn is tall and willowy, looking more like his Elven mother physically than he does his Human father. He wears his hair tied back in a no nonsense braid, bound to keep strands from before his eyes, so as not to impede his vision as he hunts. His back and chest are covered in intricate black and blue tattoos, each tattoo a significant experience and moment from his life. Fionn dresses in colours best suited to blending into the surrounding, dull tones, greys and browns, seeking to remove himself from everyones field of view, till he wishes to be seen.

Backstory

”Filthy machines ruin everything, they steamroll our crops, tear up our lands. They ambush us in the wilds, they ambush us in our cities and they don’t even have the common decency to feel fear. They come for you in the dead of night, they come for you when the sun is high, they do not tire, they do not stop, they are relentless!” the Half-Elf spat through his teeth and took another swig of the whiskey he had been drinking.

”That is what I like about Osiria, about this place and the Crypts it holds, it all stinks of age. This place was old when the world was starting, you can feel it in the bones.” His eyes linger on the stuffed toy sticking out of the top of his bag and he swallowed roughly before looking away. ”Nothing good comes from new things and technology.”

Fionn lived in happiness with his wife and daughter, working the fields of his small farm, hunting when necessary to find the meat they needed. His life was perfect, simple and everything he had ever wanted.

He still wakes up screaming with that horrible mechanical sound ringing in his ears. The day the robots overrun his farm, the day he lost his family, that was the worst day of his life. It killed everything he had ever known and drove him from his homeland, casting him adrift in the world. He floated for awhile, doing jobs for the Pathfinder Society, travelling with Merchants, till he found himself in Osiria.

It was during this time travelling and working for the Pathfinder Society that he really gained an appreciation for the full aspects of his parents god, Erastil. He started training with the bow, focusing his abilities, becoming better and more skilled as the days went by. He cursed Erastil for allowing his wife and daughter to be taken from him, but he knew that, had he been stronger, it never would have happend. He has an uneasy relationship with his God, but it is one born of shame more than anything else.

Hearing about the upcoming lottery in a tavern, he made aquaintances with a local merchant. They worked out a deal whereby they would cooperate, Fionn finding items and selling them to the Merchant, and the merchant offering favourable prices.
