Thanks Weirdo for your class, now they are a lil more clear to me. I think the system is a little bit tricky to understand or at least for me was a lil bit. I saw formulae and thought was exactly mathematical.

Well, I was reading the item creation rules, and checking the Magic Item Gold Piece Values table, there are things that I can create with the same creation price as the example item, but others I still dont understand the process for the Special part (charges per day, Multiple different abilities and Charged).

Is there any document which explain this or someone can explain this process using the example items?

Well Im based in Ratoath, Co. Meath, but I could move to Dublin (Im well connected) maybe not all weekends but maybe twice a month.
