Guys this is all great info and I appreciate the discussion but has there been any FAQ on this or is it subjective? But from what I understand
2: also do you need to have different limbs for different natural attacks as some have both a gore and a bite. Same appendage.
Thanks again for the discussion and helping me to understand this.
I can't understand from the reading of this can a Tengu with Alternate Racial Trait Claw Attack. Then take Vigilante Agathiel and pick animal Chimpanze and gain two Slam attacks at level 2. I have tried looking through some of the old threads and can't find anywhere where this would be against RAW. This is for PFS and I am thinking it is a great way to quickly get 5 natural attacks. If there are rules that prevent this can anyone site them or link them? Also can you then dip in White Haired Witch to grab a 6th Natural attack?
I posted this in Advice and Rules but realized it is more of a rules questions. I can't seem to find this on the threads and sure it has been discussed in the forum before. A player in my game wants to take a dip from Unchained Monk to take monk levels. I know they have the same name but can't see any reason not to let him (They seem like different classes). Is there a RAW rule against this? I was just going to let him do it, but thought I should ask here first.
I am sure there is more I am missing and am hoping there is an easy fix. Thanks in advance.

Folks I am looking for some help as I am trying to build something I don't see on the forums. I am looking to build a Natural Attack Ninja. With Tengu I will take the Alternate Racial Trait (Claw attack) To replace swordtrained. This will give me 3 natural attacks with Precision damage. And hopefully when I am not doing Precision damage I will still be able to contribute. My Stats are probably Allocated wrong (but as my friends know I don't do many things for flavor except Dex) I am hoping to keep my Dex high. This is for PFS play and I am hoping people might fix or find some errors I am making. Besides the high dex low strength. Also there are two variations I am thinking of. Variation 1
Talents
Variation 2
Talents
I really don't know what to work towards on the last few levels and also don't know if playing a ninja without skills is a good idea. Please if someone has tried this before let me know if I am way off base. Sorry for such a long message. Thanks in advance for the help.
I was reading this and got very excited about making a 10ninja/10shadowdancer. I agree with almost everything said here except one part. The feat requirements to become a shadow dancer. Combat Reflexes/Dodge/Mobility. These are not things I would normally put into a ninja build. Well Dodge maybe. Don't people feel this limits the Ninja and takes him away from being as good as she is at damage? To me this means you are taking away even more feats tricks. I am probably missing something feel free to correct me please.
Thanks MeanMutton for the quick response. I really didn't understand why Feral Combat Training allowed natural attacks to use the base damage of the monk attacks. And that is why I posted to see if the Tengu (Claw Attack alternate racial trait) which was written the same way did the same thing. Thanks for the insight
Sorry if this has been covered before and I just am inept at finding it but after 4 hours of searching I am posting on the forums. 2 Questions I am playing a Tengu Ninja with a four level dip in monk.
This I found the answer too
Feral Combat Training Benefit - Choose one of your natural weapons. While using the selected natural weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite. Tengus ability reads very similar - Claw Attack: Tengus with this racial trait have learned to use their claws as natural weapons. They gain two claw attacks as primary natural attacks that deal 1d3 points of damage, and are treated as having the Improved Unarmed Strike feat for the purpose of qualifying for other feats. This racial trait replaces swordtrained. 1) Does this mean that I don't have to take Feral Training Combat for my Claws. But I will still have to take it with Bite to get the bonus? Can someone please shed some light if I am missing something. 2) Also do Monastic Legacy stack with the ninja trick Unarmed Combat Mastery?
Master_Piandao wrote: Your built is so OP just a noobie game u are playing roll games u are just a power gamer better go and play WoW Yeah I don't disagree the GM let us roll easy this game our last game was roll 3d6 straight down and take the stats you get. We had many negatives but I am glad to be trying something like this it is going to be fun and with the great stats I am trying another class. But I was looking more for help on the build but if you want to get upset because we have an OP'd game that is another way to go. I was more looking for what is best for a ninja on advice from people that might have played them. Sorry if I upset you Master Piandao for posting. Hope you have fun gaming. Also this isn't supposed to be sarcastic, just don't see what your anger is about. And I used to play WOW :)
GM was pretty easy on us and let us roll 4d6 for stats, I rolled the third best which is still by far the best I ever have rolled. I am trying to build a ninja which is able to stay in the fight and still be sneaky. I want to be melee based and pretty much usless at a distance. Stats rolled were: 18/17/17/14/14/9
I still am okay with it because of my rolls
I am thinking of leveling this way and would like assistance
