Feighllaro has versatile performance for diplo/intimidate and is a member of the exchange. I just somehow missed this thread updating yesterday.

With a flourish Feighllaro responds to the nod with a graceful bow, but waits patiently until others have spoken before speaking up, waiting for the perfect opportunity.

While negotiating for fewer tasks would be great, Feighllaro doesn' think it is very likely but is using that angle to try and get more details on the missions.
