The worst part is that I liked this character a lot...
I hope we resume in the future.

Now I am getting worried. Lots of work anyway...

That is the idea, you are never sure if you are talking to the real Fantomas or not. Right now, the "real" Fantomas is present, and Byron invisible.
Fantomas puts a hand in the girl's shoulder and gifts her a wide smile.
"Daring is always risky. You got out alive from your mischief, and wiser, what else could you ask for? I have always appreciated women that take chances."
Diplomacy (to make her friendlier): 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (10) + 17 = 27

Fantomas mentally asks Byron to detect if the girl is lying.

Fantomas stands from the creature's remains and elegantly cleans his hands with a handkerchief.
"It was summoned here, I don't know how. Maybe Master Adonis can convince the lady to tell us what she knows?"

Fantomas smiles and moves the woman into Adonis arms.
"You can take it from here, my friend."
He moves to investigate the creature, and where did it come from. And if there is anything worth recovering from its remains.
Byron Aid Another Perception Check: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (14) + 21 = 35
Byron Aid Another Knowledge (Arcana or Planes) Check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25 (+3 if planes)

Fantomas (the real one) arrives to see the creature being pummelled to submission by their new partners. He quickly asks (mentally) byron to return to her normal form and reappear, while he does the same when we reach the student.
He checks her for life-signs.

"Miss, how are you? Can you hear me?"

Byron, still invisible and disguised as Fantomas, tells the others everything he knows about the creature. As his first move action he gets to the student, and his second action is helping her, or dragging her, away from danger.

Anyone know if the advanced template changes your touch ac? It says +4 to ac but...

I think is +2 to touch only, with the DEX increase.

Byron (Invisible, disguised as Fantomas) Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20

In Roll20 (or Google Draw) you can have more "specific" combat placement and position oriented combat.
If we only do "theater of the mind" it is looser and fast, and it is easier to get confused.
It is DM choice, specially when you are pressed for time. To do and update the combat maps can take quite some time.

If a construct, that would be Arcana.. if you take the previous 2 rolls that would be a 27 check for Byron. If you prefer I roll again.

Byron, Fantomas' Familiar still disguised as his master, turns invisible at the sight of the creature and tries to remember all he can about its kind.
Mentally will ask the real Fantomas for help identifying the creature.

Fantomas will go to join the monster battle in a round when he confirms the Headmaster won't leave his office.

The real Fantomas don't enter the Headmaster's office while he is there, but, sensing an opening, moves next to the door (still invisible) to let him exit in case he investigates the explosion.
Byron, his familiar (still disguised as Fantomas), quickly moves to find out what happened, while prompting the Dwarven assistant of the Headmaster.
"Call the headmaster! Something has exploded! He must see what has transpired!"
Byron Perception: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (4) + 21 = 25

"Fantomas" (actually Byron, his familiar) does the ceremony of the top hat and the bow again, now to Adonis.
"We are glad to make you acquaintance. I see my master was not the first one in obtaining a price today, and I commend you for it. He will greet you in person as soon as he finishes his activities. Now, please excuse me, I need to guard the door."
He puts the top hat again, and moves to guard the door, ready to tell the others when somebody approaches.

Fantomas needs to know:
- If the headmaster's office is empty.
- If he is able to teleport in, and what does he sees there.

Good one about the "bird", that would be a tell-tale clue of it.
"Fantomas" takes his top hat off and bows.
"Let me introduce myself. My name is Byron, and I am Fantomas "bird", even if, as you can see, I am quite more capable than a mere animal. My master is trying to enter the Headmaster's office and get more information about this situation, and probably acquire a memento from the place if I know him correctly. Please don't think we are trying to fool you. We plan to fool his assistant if she returns, and the Headmaster if he appears. And we would appreciate it if you help us with that purpose. For what we heard, we are going to be a team on the Breaching Festival and having all the information we can only be an advantage for us all. So, for now, I will guard the door in case our "refreshments" arrive before my master finish his scouting, unless you have some more questions."

Ok, have it your way... I would beg to differ as the Decoy Familiar has special rules, but it doesn't matter right now.
Disguise: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (11) + 23 = 34
But yet again, Eldorazo just have to ask how is that Fantomas is "scouting ahead". We are a team, and Fantomas will need Eldorazo, and the others, to trust and cooperate with him, so he won't be keeping secrets.

As previously mentioned, his Decoy is a perfect copy of Fantomas, visually and about his voice and intonation.
Eldorazo knows:
- Fantomas cast something.
- He says he is "scouting" the office.
- As far as he can see, Fantomas is standing in front of him.
I don't think bluff is required, as his disguised familiar has not said a lie, or is trying to fool them, he is just speaking what Fantomas is asking of him.
But don't worry, you can ask him, and he will tell you what he is doing.

Fantomas Sneak roll was 49.
His Decoy familiar "Can transform into a perfect likeness of its master" and "can mimic its master’s voice and intonation perfectly".
But let's say it is obvious Fantomas is in two places (for what he has already said), one Eldorazo can clearly see in front of him, an another he can't, which is "scouting" the headmaster's office.

I would say it won't be hard to hear Fantomas casting invisibility (without knowing what did he casted specifically), just see "him" enter the room a second after that.

The real (and invisible) Fantomas turns towards Björn and Lurker (which obviously can "see" him) and smiles.
Byron, his familiar (disguised as Fantomas) talks for his master.
"Master Haraldsson, I will require of your discretion. I am trying to see if our guest is in his office, and scout a little if he is not."
To Eldorazo it should sound "weird" for Fantomas to say he is "scouting", while he is seemingly talking to them in the room.

Before the woman leaves, while waiting, Fantomas uses Detect Magic on the place, especially the door to the Headmaster's office, but not limited it.
Please let me know if the door is magically enhanced or anything.
Fantomas smiles charmingly and look at the other members of "the team".
"Let me see if we are alone...."
He steps out of the office, out of sight, and winks at his familiar.
In a couple of seconds, the small bird grows to become a double of Fantomas, while the real gentleman thief disappears.
Byron, his Familiar, has the Decoy familiar Archetype, and Fantomas casts Invisibility on himself.
Fantomas returns to the room and bows to Bjorn and Eldorazo.
"Fantomas, at your service. I guess we are going to be a team in the Breaching Festival. I work "liberating" possesions from undeserving owners in ingenious ways with daring and magic, and this challenge seems fitting to me. May I inquire about your names, and areas of expertise?"
While his familiar distracts the others, Fantomas sneaks by to the Headmaster's office door and puts his hand on it.
Sneak Roll (+20 Invisibility): 1d20 + 15 + 20 ⇒ (14) + 15 + 20 = 49
He uses his Gloves of Reconnaissance to see what's behind the door. If no one is there, he will use his Shift Conjuration(Teleport) Arcane School power to enter the office. If he gets this far, let me know to continue with his next steps.

Fantomas try very hard to hide his surprise at the woman finding him. Whatever means she used, the Korvosan guard would love to be able to find and arrest him. Inspector Palin would gladly offer and arm and a leg for it. How did she do it? He would have to find out.
He bows very gentlemanly.
"I thank you for bringing the invitation to my attention."
He quickly uses his Detect Magic ability to see if the invitation could be a trap, before accepting it. Seeing that is ok, he opens it and reads it.
"The breaching festival? Can I expect the guard doesn't know I would be participating, or better yet, have they accepted not to try to arrest me while I participate?"
I guess she answers in the affirmative or at least convinces Fantomas this is not a trap.
"Very well, it would be rude of me to refuse an invitation from Headmaster Ornelos, delivered by a beautiful lady like yourself. Please allow me a minute to get some things in order before we depart."
He goes to another room, where his associates, four beautiful women he calls Fire, Water, Air, and Earth are busy reading and preparing for their next heist.
"Ladies, I just got a very interesting invitation. If I am not back, or at least get in touch with you by nightfall, please go look for me at the Acadamae, with Headmaster Toff Ornelos."
The women, used to Fantomas extravagance, wish him luck. They trust he knows what he is doing, and trust they will be able to save him if it comes to the case.
Finally, Fantomas calls his familiar, Byron, a small bird wearing a white plaguemask, with a very disturbing effect.
"My friend, a new adventure awaits us!"
The familiar, sensing what is expected from him, transforms into a sparrow and comes to rest in Fantomas' shoulder.
Finally, he grabs something from the table in his room and carrying it in his hand returns to the messenger. He extends the flower he just got towards her and smiles.
"Shall we? I don't want to make Headmaster Ornelos wait for more than it is needed."
Not sure what to roll and how many rolls to make about what Fantomas know about Headmaster Ornelos, The Breaching Festival, and the Acadamae's lastest news. To save time I will roll some, and please take whatever are correct, or tell me if I need to make others.
