Meet the one, the only, Falka'ir! (Pronounced 'Fal'-'Kai'-'Ear')
Master of acrobatics, wall-climbing extraordinaire! Wanted in the cities of Thoreen, Unklemein, and the great capitol of Forsunweer! If you need a show, someone followed or even a quick and clean death, Falka'ir is your man and he always provides his services with a smile.
Bronzed by the sun that besets Forsunweer, his homeland, Falkair shows off his leanly muscled body at every opportunity (for your viewing pleasure). Eager to show off his abilities, he's never one to turn down a challenge.
Quick in a fight, he likes to move around and tires his enemies out - speed over strength is always his line of thinking. Most at home in large cities, he seems to seek out danger and excitement because, well, life would be boring without it, right?
BACKGROUND
An orphan in the sprawling city of Forsunweer, he was one of many dirty little faces begging on the sides of the streets in the Upper Lantley Markets. To survive, as he got older, he and the cohort of urchins he lived with turned to pick pocketing, and to escape the billy clubs of the Blackhelms guards, the children would take to the rooftops. Not all of his peers were fast enough, and some met grisly and unfortunate ends. Those that were skilled would eventually catch the interest of the Thieves Association. This influential guild held an entire quarter of the city, known as Cutpurse Hill, where the Blackhelms had no control. Lawlessness was not the order of the day here though; the Thieves Association were ruthless in maintaining control, and they hired Runners to watch, patrol and send messages across the vast network they built in the city.
Falka'ir was one such runner. Eager to show off his skills, he was unruly enough to catch the ire of his superiors - and when he stole a huge shipment of rare paintings to try and fence off, he found himself a target of the Thieves Association. With a heavy heart, he abandoned the city and set out to cause trouble elsewhere.
For over half a decade he's toured the largest cities available, until he came here to the frontier, where the rumours and stories of the ruined city caught his attention. The opportunity to explore this city was a whim he couldn't ignore. The heights! The treasure! the danger!
MOTIVATION
Falka'ir is driven by one thing - the thrill of the chase! Whether in competition against another, racing across the Thoreenian rooftop tiles by the coast, or escaping into the deep forests that surround the city of Unklemein. He LIVES to beat others with his physical prowess!
Who knows what lies in the dead city of Wrey? Falka'ir intends to find out!
