Mind Cleansed Abilities::

Emgram Implantation: Start with Decieve and Intimidate skills, Jaded and Pistol Wpn Training (SP and Las). Treat Common Lore (Tech) and Survival as basic skills.
Failsafe Control: Inquisitors has trigger, works as 'Dominate' psychic power.
Imperial Conditioning: +10 on WP tests against Fear or attempts to control or possess his mind.
Through a Mirror Darkly: d10=6 Insanity, GMs discretion of Shards of Memory, when this occurs WP test or roll on shock table.

Psychic Powers:

Make a focus power action, roll psy rating xd10 and add WP bonus. Equal or better works. If 9 rolled, then roll on table 6-2 Psychic Phenomena p162 for each 9. If sustaining, every 10 rounds make a power roll as free action and no chance of psychic Phenomena. If sustaining 1 power, power roll for further power is at -4, then -8, -16.

Chameleon: Thresh=7, Focus=1/2, Sustain=Yes, Range=You. Gain +30 to Concealment. All opponents using ranged wpns suffer -20 to attack you.
Healer: Thresh:7, Focus=Full, Sustain=No, Range=10m. Target removes 1d5 damage (Critical dmg first). If subject more than once in 6hours, they must test T or take 1d5 dmg (no T bonus or Armour) instead.
Sense Presence: Thresh=7, Focus=1/2, Sustain=Yes, Range=50m. Auto detect all living creatures in the area. 1m+ thick walls block this. Over bleed= For every 5>Thresh, you extend the range by 10m.
Touch of Madness: Thresh=11,Focus=Full, Sustain=No, Range=100m. Force target to believe something else, target is entitled to a WP test to resist. If WP test is failed roll 1d100 and consult table 8-6 mental traumas p235. Over bleed= For every 10>Thresh you may affect an additional target.
Unnatural Aim: Thresh=8, Focus=1/2, Sustain=No, Range=You. Before end of next turn any ranged attacks are made at +30 to hit.

Appearance:

Fadil is tall, hunched and thin, almost malnourished in appearance. He hides most of himself with long robes and covers his face and head as if permanently preparing himself for a sandstorm. From out of his wrappings stare his dark eyes, touched with a hint of madness, as if he has seen things beyond your wildest imaginings.


History and Background::

"I do not remember 'before', I do not think I have blocked it out or forgotten it, I am aware that it was taken from me. I do not even remember my own name, although I am told it is Fadil and that will do. I know how to do many things, but I do not remember having done them before. All I remember is that I must wrap my head and face like this and that this pistol is mine, I do not know why or how I know, but of this I am sure. I know that I serve the Lord Inquisitor Rykehuss and through him the God-Emperor, perhaps they took my memories and if this is the case, then it must be for my own protection for they are beneficent in all things and I am weak. After all do I not carry the curse of the psyker, they have taught me how to use my powers for their glory, but it is still an incredible weight of knowing."

Pre-Mind Cleanse History::

'Fadil' was born 'Gilbert Cyrille' on a minor imperial world. Awarded a commission to serve in the Imperial Guard he was indeed presented with his current pistol by his father as per tradition. It was not until his first campaign that his latent psychic powers came to the fore. His platoon became the only ones not to fall victim to the constant ambushes of the enemy force, Fadil stopping them outside the ambush areas and often leading them on routes that in turn ambushed the enemy. Inquisitor Rykehuss, attached to the campaign for his own reasons, detected the spark that was Fadil's power and from their his fate was sealed. From there he was sent aboard the Black Ships, but his will did not falter ad he was in time sanctioned and allowed to serve the God-Emperor again. Inquisitor Rykehuss had kept track of Fadil, for his power was great and a reading of the Emperor's Tarot suggested that Fadil would be important in saving his life, so he took Fadil into his service. This fate did in time come to pass when fighting a Sorcerer gaining power in the depths of Gunmetal City. Fadil took the full force of the Sorceror against his psychic defences, shielding the Inquisitor, but exposing Fadil to a Warp entity that nearly possessed him before the Inquisitor could banish it. This drove Fadil into the safety of the depths of Madness and the Inquisitor would have given him the Emperor's mercy, but again the Emperor's Tarot suggested things to come for good or ill and so Fadil was cleansed and returned to service with a new name, new cultural identity and his stronger powers baffled for now.
