![]() I am getting a debit card declined again. This seems to be the same issue as for order #8079560 which Ms J. Hong worked yesterday. This issue has been active for the last 3 orders. I have deleted the debit card and Credit Card on the account and re-added them. Thank You for your assistance with this. Paul ![]()
![]() [Normal campaign mode] A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1-5. Ever since the tragedy at Delvehaven decades ago, the infernal empire Cheliax has rarely allowed Pathfinders to explore its many ruins and archaeological treasures—even then only after its recently disenfranchised liaison Zarta Dralneen fought for that privilege. Cheliax has once again extended its hand to the Society, inviting its agents to investigate an abandoned keep that dates back to the Chelish civil war. It's up to the PCs to navigate the Corentyn's streets and politics as they uncover the buried past and lay the foundation for a new partnership with a one-time foe. Please sign up on Warhorn (and don't forget to send me the information below). If you newly register on Warhorn, you'll also need to sign up to Play in a session slot (sometimes people forget to do this). If you need to drop out, please be courteous enough to drop by Withdrawing from the session (as soon as you know) on Warhorn so an Alternate can move up on the play list. After signing up, please send me the following information at paulrees1504[at}gmail[dot]com for which character will receive credit for this scenario. *Player Name

![]() This is a CORE campaign game.
The young heroes of the town of Kassen are ready for their coming-of-age ceremony, an old tradition in which they retrieve a piece of the eternal flame burning in the tomb of the town’s founder. Yet when they arrive there, they find only the corpses of their fellow townsfolk, dead bandits, and mysterious animated skeletons. The novice heroes must brave the traps and perils of the Crypt of the Everflame, discover the source of the corruption that has awakened an ancient evil, and defeat a menace that seeks vengeance against Kassen and its people. Crypt of the Everflame is a dungeon adventure for 1st-level characters, written for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and compatible with the 3.5 edition of the world’s oldest RPG. ![]() Does the following stack when it comes to Magical Arm and armor creation time? Father's Forgehammer (Inner Sea Gods pg. 264) which is a wondrous item. Then you have the Forgemaster Archetype (Advance Race Guide Page 16) "Master Smith" class ability. If they do stack then a person can make Magical Arms and armor at 25% of the normal time required (Price still is the same) This seems to be a little to good but I am wanting to see what the community thinks and if there is any official clarification or did I just miss a rule somewhere. My player is a home campaign so this is not a PFS issue. ![]()
![]() I would like to say Congratulations to Venture Lieutenant Adam Swindler for reaching his 4th Star tonight. Adam's 1st GM credit was entered in March of 2012 and has single handily formed the core of Virginia Tech / Roanoke games here in Virginia. Adam thank you sir for your time and dedication to the game! ![]()
![]() I would like to give a warm welcome to Adam Swinder and Michael Meunier who have agreed to help me make PFS even stronger in Virginia. Michael Meunier is my convention work horse who has helped run / manage events for years in this area for various living campaigns. Michael is much needed help between Richmond and the peninsula side of Hampton roads. Adam Swinder was gained by casting charm person on Dan Luckett who then agreed to send Adam to the Blacksburg / Roanoke area of Virginia where I admit I needed a lot of help with PFS. So as they are now my "junior" VL's please send all complaints to them as it is their fault by default ;-) (which means the also earn all the credit) In all seriousness it great to find such dedicated people to help our community keep our gaming fix in check. Welcome to the team fellas. ![]()

![]() I have started a Meetup group to help people try to find games near their locations. I am a active GM in the Hampton Roads area trying spread the love of PFS elsewhere and I figure why limit it to just my local city. Also would like to invite GM's to join and try to find players for their games. This is 100% free. The group is newly formed but I am adding games more and more. I also make sure the Virginia Cons all get posted as well so GM's and players a like know where we can go to get our fix. http://www.meetup.com/Pathfinder-Society-of-Virignia/ ![]()
![]() Hello All This year our wonderful organizers at NekoCon will be supporting tabletop RPG's and other forms of gaming!! We will be running Pathfinder Society games and are currently gathering GM's to fill in the schedule. As it stands right now I have enough GM's to run all five slots and offer two games / slot. On September 20th I will be placing a game schedule on Warhorn and will be ready for sign ups. For more infomation on the Nekocon please go to http://www.nekocon.com/ ![]()
![]() I have ran into a problem where I am reporting PFS games into the database and the whole Paizo website just seems to hangup for 30-60 seconds and just goes unresponsive. I can open new tabs to any other website and all works fine. After some "X" amount of time the Paizo website is working and I try to report the games and the hang up happens again. This "feature" doesn't happen every time but it is enough to where it can get rather annoying. Is it something I am doing or is Russ not feeding the hamsters that maintain the website? ![]()
![]() So why did we do a reversal of the replay rule? I have to stay it shocked me to see a major change like this is mid season but then again I think replay was allowed in mid season as well if I recall. I know the arguments for this has been beaten to death of the forums. Was the misuse of the replay used that much? I run PFS at a local game store like many in other GM’s here. I for the most part don’t know what players are showing up but we all have seen various types of players. 1. The dedicated player who just about never misses a session.
I run at least two tables every wed night and ½ the time its three tables. When I GM a game I have a tier 1-7 game and a 5-9 (or 7-11) ready to go at all times and play what is needed high level is preferred. My other table is always a low level game to account for newer players. If the third table happens it is likely a level 1 table. I have an excel sheet of all my players and what modules have been done. I think it is at least 90% accurate due to some GM’s not filling data in when I am not there due to real life. Outside of brand new modules there is no such thing as a tier 1-7 or 1-5 modules that hasn’t been run. Most of my games are players are less than level 5 because it is hard to get in high tier games setup in hobby stores as some of that do GM’s are my high level players. Replay for credit to me was a useful tool. As the coordinator I either allowed or not allowed the use of the replay rule trying to balance fun, rules, and the sprint of the game. I know that the weekly game is a pace that the output of modules cannot sustain but to play less cost players and running a good Adventure Path at the hobby store is way too hard on me due to work. My more veteran players have played games with no credit in the past and at times replayed for credit. I don’t think I abused the system but games tend to run better with 4-5 players and not 6+ and I tried my hardest to keep tables to 4-5 players. To expect players to play for no credit will cost players in the long run. If we are worried as that a replay player is going to spoil the module (which hasn’t happened yet in my 3 years of running) then replay should be banned all together credit or not. So this point of this post is just to let the Paizo Team that the voice of one GM says please re-allow replay for credit. ![]()
![]() Knowing that a rule change is coming I would like to make a suggestion. The faction missions being the only item tied to the treasure allowance is becoming a sore point with me. I am seeing more and more players only concerned about faction points than the main quest they are on for the Pathfinder Society. This is form of play is mostly seen at games where time is an issue such as the various cons or PFS events ran at the local hobby stores. Multiple times I have seen players just disregard the mission if they think things are going slow, dangerous, insert various excuses, etc… and just run for PA points and at times hinder the party or just not help the party in general. I have talked to players at my local hobby store events about this type of behavior and how is can lead a better chance of a party member death or even a possible TPK. The talks have gone mostly ignored by my younger players and some people just won’t sit at tables with certain players because of these actions. I will not ban players from my game for play like this because at this time we are playing for free at the store and this does generate sales at the store so more players keeps the store happier in the long run but I can see the effects. Also banning players is against what I think PFS is all about. So here is my suggestion. Can we make one PA point tied to successfully accomplishing the main quest and make it a universal faction point? Then each faction can have a mission that can still earn a single point? This would keep the total PA per quest at two. I think it would behoove the PFS to have its players work as a more coherent team and have some game mechanics support this idea. ![]()
![]() Maybe not the right forum but someone could move it if needs be. I am going to inventory all my pathfinder stuff because we use it in all the PFS games we run and just need to make sure i got everything in order and order anything I am missing. Map Packs
Anyone know of a "check list" so its an easy inventory? I really didn't want to go line by line from the product pages. ![]()
![]() In the last two sessions i have run my players have a request that would like to me to post here on the forums. The faction mission font is difficult for some of my players to read. Age is a factor in this it seems. Now to be fair I am printing these in blank and white and on one adventure I did print in "ink save" mode on adventure #27. Ink save mode made it harder but I have had this issue before the use of ink save mode. Is anyone else having this problem? Granted I bring a laptop with me to games and can blow the image up and let players read if needs be early off but would make things easier if they could read the hand outs easier. ![]()
![]() I had to take some time off game due to real life and now i am back. So back in the swing of things and ran two games in the past week and now with the new rules i get to to gain some GM credit. Cool, all i want is the stars really so have i report my last two session i look at my total. I am think i have 15 session roughly in my belt and I only see a grand total of 6 reported. some of them only have 1 player in the report. I am 90% sure I did reported all my games granted sometime slow about it but they did go in. I am going to double check myself before I request a fix. So now I am trying to scramble to figure out what I screwed up or is the server monster getting me? I am going with my human error guess and plan to go find what the heck I did run in the last 6 months as most of my players haven't changed. In the past this wasn't a big deal. Players get their session sheet so if online reporting was a problem it was default to the sheets. For us DM's the stars that we all want and cherish are from our online reports. Is their a procedure to report errors of data collection? Or is it email Josh and add to his every growing pile of "things to do"? ![]()
![]() Forgive me its late and we just played and ny brian is no working. So when you tumble THROUGH an enemy space the check is 5 = CMD. That is easy but it seems that the only pronlem with failure is just an attack of opprotunity. So regaurdless of roll you can move through enemy space with acrobatics? Its just a question of do you get attacked? ![]()
![]() Creit card machine was messed up on my card and it "froze" the system up on Sarah twice. So I paid in cash instead via Order # 1232471 Both numbers relate to the campaign setting. Can we please get this charge off my credit card please, or apply a credit to my account on Paizo. Thank You

![]() I looking for more maps in the pathfinder world. Political maps, geographic you name it. Are there fold out or anything available. I got pathfinder chorinicles but I am looking for world maps and regional maps of areas like andoria, talador, and the other factions in PFS. Point me to the right way my fellow gamers! Edit: I am not with my collection of pathfinder and going to have to downlaod all my PDF's which is why I am asking. This saves me time becuase the downlaod speed where I am at is reminding me why I don't miss my old 2400 BPS modem. |
