About Euliria
Background:
Born to an elven noblewoman, Maraedlara, and her mysterious lover, Euliria has lived a shadowed and somewhat secretive life. As a child, she was found to shy away from sunlight, preferring to remain in the cover of darkness. This raised suspicions, which led to the discovery that she, and therefore her father, were partially drow. After this shocking revelation, Euliria was quickly sent off to a minor academy in Westcrown, where, it was hoped, she would continue her work on the arcane and her studies on the nature of dreams. This she did, although the true nature of her power became clearer when a snake ate her spellbook before taking the role of her familiar and spell storage. After a scandal involving the academy's library containing forbidden texts, it was destroyed by the Order of the Rack. Euliria is now on the run.
