Abilities
Summoner's Charm (Su): Whenever you cast a conjuration (summoning) spell, increase the duration by a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your wizard level (1). At 20th level, you can change the duration of all summon monster spells to permanent. You can have no more than one summon monster spell made permanent in this way at one time. If you designate another summon monster spell as permanent, the previous spell immediately ends.
Acid Dart (Sp): As a standard action you can unleash an acid dart targeting any foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. The acid dart deals 1d6 points of acid damage + 1 for every two wizard levels you possess (1). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier (8). This attack ignores spell resistance.

BACKGROUND
Many, many years ago, Eseldra’s grandmother Eramae, was a mighty paladin and champion of Iomedae. Her deeds were great and her valour legendary, but as happens with powerful demon-hunters, she made powerful demon enemies. Lured into a cunning trap in the Abyss, she and her companions were overpowered and captured. First, she was forced to watch as her friends were tortured and butchered in heinous fashions; then, rather than kill her outright, the minor demon lord Azerbahn impregnated her and returned her to Golarion. Eramae’s colleagues were soon quick to forget her noble deeds, labelling her tainted by the demon-spawn that was quickening within her. She gave birth to her only son, Avustair, who bore obvious signs of his paternal parentage. Broken by the affair, Eramae retired from adventuring life, reduced to wandering from elven town to elven town, hiding the nature of her beloved son, moving on when she could keep the secret no longer.
Avustair eventually came to manhood and set out on his own. He had no inclination to pursue the adventuring lifestyle himself and settled down with a wonderful elven woman named Aethalstana, who was able to look past his obvious signs of taint to see the gentle soul within. By the time Eseldra was born, Avustair had lost touch with his mother.
Avustair should have taken after his mother, however, and moved his family around. As a youth, Eseldra found herself in many bouts of youthful fisticuffs, usually to the detriment of her tormentors. Complaints and bad feelings grew in the community, until foul rumours and excessive drink led several backwoods bar patrons to rise up and mob the “demon lair”. Avustair and Aethalstana were trampled to death by the mob, but Eseldra managed to escape. Many months of wandering led her to the home of Callistar, an elven wizard and recluse so old that many locals joke that she lit the first candle to bring an end to the Age of Darkness itself. Callistar took in the wayward girl and brought her up in wizarding ways.
Eseldra shows only a few signs of her demonic heritage – eyes a reddish shade of brown, drab skin almost olive in complexion, and a wiry, pointed tail which she normally keeps tucked up the back of her shirt (but has been known to lash out and show itself during one of her frequent bursts of temper).
Eseldra shows her heritage also in her lightning-quick temper and her equally-quick ability to forgive. She is obsessed with tracking down her lineage – finding her grandmother, possible slaying her grandfather. Eramae is somewhat of a hero to the young tiefling. She would like to consider herself to be much like her grandmother in many ways, save that Eramae was a devoted champion of Iomedae while Eseldra pays no more than lip service, Eramae was a paladin and holy warrior while Eseldra follows a more wizardly pursuit, and while Eramae was a shining beacon of purity and grace, Eseldra favours fast booze, fast horses, and fast men.
Eseldra dresses provocatively in a loose-fitting blouse (with room for her tail) and low-riding tight breeches (to accommodate her tail). Her only piece of jewellery is a rather gaudy ring (her bonded item). It was Eramae’s and consists of Iomedae's holy symbol in amber surrounded by ivy leaves in jade. Esledra doesn’t care that the ring clashes with her outfit; it’s her only link with her legendary grandmother and would never be parted with it.
Wild and impetuous, Esledra alternates between caution and recklessness. A faint whisper of a rumour of a possible location for Eramae came to her one evening over cheap ale in a seedy dive in Cassomir. A quest to find Eramae would be a massive undertaking, requiring weeks of planning, purchasing supplies, arranging transport, learning foreign customs.
She left the next morning.
