Description:

History & Personality:

Erik is a bit socially awkward. He's not excessively so as he is able to interact with people, it just takes him a while to warm up to people in general and it may take people a while to understand his sense of humor and personality quirks. Like many kids of the late 80's and early 90's he has a fascination with anime, comic-books and the like and a half-assed, mostly-self taught understanding of a mish-mash of martial arts.

Erik has always been curious, and not always to his own benefit. As a youth he was always trying to learn something new. As a teen that became a near obsession with computers and how they could be networked together to access all types of information. That alone does not make him particularly special, as those traits are shared by many college students/college drop-outs that have an interest in technology. The difference for Erik is his honest-to-god belief that he is better than just about anyone else at what he does (to his credit, often he has been right in that assumption).

Never having been real close with his family he cut off ties with them for the most part once he had left for college, and even more-so once he started exploiting banking networks to have a steady stream of cash. This "easy money" caused Erik to drop-out of college and continue to go deeper into the rabbit-hole of his computer obsession.

Erik really didn't know what to think the first time he turned a year ago, and honestly still doesn't especially given how the Garou outside of his own tribe feel about technology in general. This is all a major adjustment for Erik, but at least he can still lose himself in his computers and his tribe is understanding and even encouraging of that even if others of his kind are not.
