That guide lookse pretty interesting. Using a glaive as a naginata would be pretty sweet but that build looks a little too out there for my first cleric. When looking at the feats I liked the idea of a clic that could lock down an area. I will look closer at it.

IejirIsk;
More con? I thought more Cha might be the way to go but my buds told me to just dump all my ups into Wis. I was thinking I'd toss my forth level point into Cha or maybe Int to up my bonus. Will Wis only help the DC for enemies to resist my spells?

Bearlock;
Tankish is probably not exactly the right idea, the other guys have the big guns. APC is more what I'm after. Super tough, impossible to kill healer with a side of damage. Originally I was going with destruction. Since we're making up the world I get to pick the domains as long as they make sense. The two I looked at closest were evil and destruction. With evil my party could end up all mounted on T Rexes with a little finesse. Destruction just looks better overall, I could use harm and inflict critical wounds to heal myself if I end up going undead at some point. As far as weapon I think warhammer if I use a shield or gave if I go two handed. But those probably aren't ridiculous enough...

We did our scores by rolling 3 d6 8 times. Since someone rolled really bad we got to keep the top two and roll six more. I kept the first go since that was better.

Hello Super Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful people of Paizo.com!

I'm playing my first Pathfinder campaign and need some advice on my build. I'm playing an evil cleric in an evil campaign. We have five PCs plus the DM. I want to play/my plan is to play a tankish cleric.

Some info about our group;

My group has mostly played WFRP, the game we're taking a break from has been going on for about two years. We have experience with D&D 4.0 and Paranoia. The DM and the human fighter have years of experience with Pathfinder and some earlier iterations of D&D. This is our DM's first time DMing a multi session campaign (Wish her luck, our group is usually pretty ridiculous and difficult to DM {Speaking from personal experience}). We are using Microscope to build a world. The party lives on the closest planet to the sun, Dildania, an evil planet (because the human sorcerer is a perv). There are five planets. The outermost planet is Christmas themed. The sun is half black.

The party make up is as follows;

Frogman Ranger(Don't know if he is ranged or dual wield)
Human Sorcerer (CE he worships a clown god who sent yoyo to Dildania)
Human Fighter (The guy with Pathfinder experience)
Centaur Magus (CE)(This is the guy who likes to break things.)

And ERIC THE CLERIC!! (Human, ME!)

At Level 1:

Str: 13 +1
Dex: 11 +0
Con: 12 +1
Int: 13 +1
Wis: 17 +3
Cha: 13 +1

I get to start ERIC THE CLERIC!!! at level 6!

Eric is lawful evil and has the Death domain. The other one is up in the air (originally it was Destruction, because I had to pick something and it fit the lyrics of the Exploited song). He worships Balsdep a disembodied cross dressing litch demigod that unlives on the throne of an evil cannibalistic empire. (She also likes to dance) His ultimate goal is to somehow destroy the entire world (solar system?, galaxy?, universe?).

So what should I do???? Here are my big Qs.

- It looks like the oracle and holy vindicator prestige class are both good. Which should I pick? What is the right mix between those and Cleric?

- I get to pick my second domain, which is the best to complement my party, character?

- What should be the weapon of choice for Balsdep? Is a double handed weapon or a single handed weapon and shield or a polearm better (I like Naginatas, Bastard Swords, Double Handed Weapons and Maces. More or less in that order..... but overall DPS is most important.
