Apologies if this question has been posted elsewhere and answered, but did anyone else’s number of tables for Starfinder Society sudden zero out? I was just on the system seeing if some table credits from a recent convention had posted and noticed that I now have zero tables for Starfinder Society when I should have enough for more than one (approaching two) novas.


I ordered two digital downloads just now and they weren’t added to my digital content. I had the same problem with an order this morning. Any help would be appreciated.


This morning I placed an order for four digital downloads. After completing the order, I checked my digital content and found that only two of the items had been added to my library. The following content had not been added to my digital content:

Rechecking the order confirmation, I saw the following message: “Two digital purchases were added to your account when this order was submitted. This order contains two digital purchases that are not currently available.” This struck me as odd because the all of the items had been showing as available in the store. I’ve checked a few times during the day, and the missing scenarios are still missing. Any help would be appreciated.


I ordered the Syrinscape Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Quest: Into the Unknown SoundPack yesterday. I clicked the link to fetch serial number for the product on my downloads page and nothing happens. It just reloads the downloads page.


I ordered three digital downloads this morning and can't download any of them. I click the link but nothing happens. I don't even get the normal "your download will start in 5 secs." message. I know it's not the site because I clicked on previously ordered items and they work just fine. I received an email confirming the order and my credit card was charged so I know the order went through. Any help would be appreciated.
