Dear fellow gamers,

I was looking into the Preconstructed Spellbooks from Ultimate Magic and now I'm wondering how can I create my own.

Adding the list of spells looks pretty straight forward but I would like to know how to factor the cost for the protections (magical wards) and the special abilities granted by the preparation ritual.

Any clues?

Regading the distance between cities, do you guys thing it is worth to flag it for a FAQ?

Is there a table in any of the books with the distance between the major cities?
We are playing Serpent's Skull and I would like to know the distance from Saventh-Yhi and Absalom in miles.

On SRD it reads:

You imbue your armor with a righteous aura. It gains a +1 enhancement bonus per four caster levels (maximum +5 at 20th level). When using your judgment or smite ability, you gain DR 5/evil.

An outfit of regular clothing counts as armor that grants no AC bonus for the purpose of this spell.

Once this is a paladin/inquisitor spell shouldn't it read:

It gains a +1 enhancement bonus per four levels* (maximum +5 at 20th level)

Otherwise, because paladin caster level is = paladin level -3 and it is a 3rd level spell (access to it starts at 10th level with charisma bonus)

The +5 bonus would be reached only at 23th level

All the APs have start dates. But as Paizo doesn't want to discourage people from buying and running APs in their back catalog, officially none of the APs happen for you until your group runs or your DM says so.

But if you want to go by the dates in the APs, they run chronologically in the order they were published. They'd end up overlapping, though, as there are breaks of months to years included in a few of them.

Does anyone know what the start dates are for each AP?
