Domains:
Madness
Vision of Madness (Sp): You can give a creature a vision of madness as a melee touch attack. Choose one of the following: attack rolls, saving throws, or skill checks. The target receives a bonus to the chosen rolls equal to 1/2 your cleric level (minimum +1) and a penalty to the other two types of rolls equal to 1/2 your cleric level (minimum –1). This effect fades after 3 rounds. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
Death (Murder)
Bleeding Touch (Sp): As a melee touch attack, you can cause a living creature to take 1d6 points of damage per round. This effect persists for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your cleric level (minimum 1) or until stopped with a DC 15 Heal check or any spell or effect that heals damage. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.

Orisons

Spontaneous Casting: An evil cleric (or a neutral cleric who worships an evil deity) can't convert prepared spells to cure spells but can convert them to inflict spells.

Variant Channel Energy (Disease):
Damage - 1d6/2 Sickened and Shaken (save for no rider effects)
DC = 10 + 1/2 lvl + 4 cha + 1 trait = 16 Will
Creatures are sickened until the end of your next turn, plus a number of rounds equal to your channel penalty. At cleric level 10, you may select one creature as the target of a contagion in addition to the effects of the channeled energy.

Blackblood trait makes any parts of her body with a high concentration of blood vessels darker/black (lips/tongue, veins in eyes, etc.). From Karcau, Ustalov. Home lodge is the Miregrold Manor in Karcau.

She worships Urgathoa because her worshippers were the only ones in Karcau to accept her for who she is and encourage her to be herself (Urgathoa was sold to her more as a Goddess of plenty and self-empowerment. Elvira identifies with undead generally, as the Pharasman church started to treat her as such when they learned of her Blackblood. Disease is how Urgathoa punishes those who fall out of her favor, or to provide a lesson/test to the worthy). The Pharasman church wanted to cleanse her of her own blood and generally distrusted her. Joined the Pathfinder Society to learn more about the Darklands and the history of her condition/heritage.

Generally happy person now that she has found a home in the church and PFS. Doesn't fully understand her powers, but sees them as an extension of her heritage more than the blessing of Urgathoa (worships her, but sees herself more as an oracle than a cleric. That is that Urgathoa is awakening the powers dormant in her blood).

Parents are professors of minor renown at the Karcau Opera, both specializing in teaching/playing the cello for the Livgrace Orchestra. Relationship with her parents is thriving. Evira's Blackblood is a result of the location of her conception (in one of the underground tunnels below Karcau Opera that shares proximity to a yet unearthed and narrow flow of Blackblood), however nobody is aware of this. Parents approve of her association with the PFS and don't know about her worship of Urgathoa. While they wouldn't like it, they wouldn't disapprove either, and their lack of knowledge is more due to those areas of her life not crossing rather than deceitful intent.

Desnans wanted her to run from her home, Nethysians to experiment with her, and Iomedaens think her a stain to be cleansed.
