regardless it's still possible. The fact that it's not great doesn't change that, which was the point.

Aklys is 1D8

-if you use a weapon in your off hand, you lose the buckler's AC bonus until your next turn.

Two-handing a weapon would be considered using a weapon in your off-hand

-If a weapon's designation would be changed to something other than light, one-handed, or two-handed by this alteration, the creature can't wield the weapon at all.

Aklys is a light weapon:
a Large version would be considered one handed to a medium creature
a Huge version would be considered 2-handed to a medium creture

Just to make sure I'm absolutely clear on how it works:

I am automatically registered to order a case of every set that comes out, but before each shipment I am notified and can choose to opt out of any set. is this correct?

If this is how it works how long does this last or would there be a way to completely opt out of every future set if I can't afford any more?

I know its almost a month past, but is there any way to still pre-order a case and get the Black Dragon? I had to wait til now to get some holiday money saved up...

" Again; the damaging object is CREATED by magic and PROPELLED by magic, but is not in and of itself magic. A spell that conjures a flight of arrows that deals piercing damage should be reduced by DR/bludgeoning or slashing. If it doesn't, then that spell's damage type shouldn't be listed as piercing at all"

seems like if it's listing a damage type then the creator is assuming that the damage is coming from the object, not the magic that created, moved, propelled it,thus it is not magic damage, it is damage from an object which has been altered by magic. They answered this a few posts back.
