I cant seem to find a consensus answer as to whether an alchemist's Int modifier should be added when a healing bomb is used on an undead either via a direct hit or as splash.
Character in question is level 2 with a +5 Int mod.
Hunter's Eye is a PFS Faction Trait (Andoran)
I am running the Reign of Winter AP (Not as PFS), can or should I allow the selection of that trait?
