We all still here, or did the Easter bunny get everyone?
Our elven druidess makes sure that there isn't a repeat of the previous day with Rosanne and joins Tobias in his efforts to drum up new recruits. She finds a pair of sticks and uses the4m for percussion in her efforts to support Tobias, banging with a good rhythm, trying to time things for proper dramatic effect.
I think we can agree with the idea that we need some muscle since we lost Ardym and Warren. Glad your heart's ticking proper again! I'll spare us all the jokes ;)

Earthsong fills Rosanne in on what happened and heads back to the tavern with her. There, the druidess adds her own touches to Toby's song, filling in a few details when asked about their latest adventures. She also stays close to Rosanne, letting the would-be recruits see the two lovely ladies together and do the math. Edited!
The elf woman sidles up to Rosanna. "Your turn next time." She promises. "Now let's see about helping our captain bring more sailors aboard, unless you've other things to attend to?" She suggests.
The druidess turns a bit red at Rosanne's joke. "Nothing too serious, merely an angry naga." Then she smiles at Rosanne with a mix of shyness and slyness. "I thought you'd be loose sooner."
Tobias wisecrack in-game in 3...2...1... You take care of yourself, we'll be here.
To cover for her flush, the elf looks at everyone. "Is anyone else injured? Ardym, you went into the water. Warren? What about you Captain?" The druidess eyes each person nearby in turn for bites, cuts, scrapes, or other injuries. "I think I unlocked her before I left this morning. Rosanne can pick locks right?" Earthsong mutters to herself under her breath.
Take care of yourself and your family. We'll be here!
Real life has to get taken care of too whether we like it or not. We'll just heckle you a bit for your long, um, recovery. Oh wait, the Captain already is. :-) I agree, muscle is gonna be a potential problem.
We might have to. We can keep ourselves entertained of course, but we're not going for breakneck speeds here.

The druidess' face is almost as red as her hair. "I had to borrow those manacles as it was and I've got claw marks to go with it," she mutters under her breath.
The druidess helps Toby out of the water. "You'll dry off soon enough in this heat," she notes. "Seems Rosanne missed the excitement."
"It's gone. Strange that it would just attack out of nowhere, but the minds of such creatures are beyond me." The druidess shrugs. "Is anyone else injured?"
Should be room to leave unless we were up to 26 creatures. But that is a lot of AoOs....
Hoping that cyclone season hasn't gotten him.

"Unless the dolphins are called, no they aren't." The druidess argues. "Naga! You're surrounded! Can we try to talk this out?" Earthsong shouts down into the water.
"Agreement? Tell me about it, quickly, before anyone gets seriously injured." The druidess asks, watching the waters foam as the combatants thrash about.
Earthsong grabs the man who was pulled in. "Are you hurt?" She asks quickly. Then she hears the call of 'water naga'. "Wonderful. An aberration I think? Kill it and be done with it, unless it has treasure I suppose."
Earthsong shakes her head. "It's a chaotic mess down there. Shark feeding frenzies look less messy." She turns to the woman with the rope burns. "Let me see those hands of yours." The druidess starts healing the injured woman.
For my part, I can't move around in Imgur either. Thought I'd accepted the invitaation and thought it was just me.
The druidess moves towards the water, bow still ready, trying to spot whatever is in the water with Ardym.
Hopefully you come back with much plunder for your troubles!
I have a question about this lovely little town: what's the purchase limit? So we can pick up supplies and trade and whatnot?
My health is very bad at the moment I'm afraid. Please bot me if I'm taking too long to post. Hopefully the new medication will settle things down. Oof, I'm sorry. I hope things settle down again soon and you'll be back to full health and capriciousness!
"I had so hoped not to have to fight in the water for a few days...." A mischievous smile flashes across the elf woman's face, but she quickly breaks out her bow, nocks an arrow, and waits for a tarrget to present itself.
"I see. Simple enough. On a large ship, one could even set this up on deck." Earthsong notes.
"Then teach me." The druidess, Ardym notes, does move a bit stiffly that day, as compared to the night before.
Being around the workers, Earthsong joins. "I've never played, so if someone is willing to teach me I'll try." The druidess tells them with a game smile.
Earthsong on the next day will visit the ship and pay attention to the work done squibbing it while trying to set up in the kitchens to begin potion mixing.
Rosanne, do note that upon attaining your 5th character level, you get a feat...plus a mythic feat for your first tier :)
Earthsong enjoys Rosanne moving right up beside her with a warm open smile and passes her a drink. Then the druidess picks up the refrain from the captain's song and joins in readily, adding a line here or there about their adventures.
"Only of magics I can duplicate though. Still...a few roots, nuts, berries, and I can make a healing potion easily enough. I have ideas for others over time as well."
That admission gets a laugh from the druidess. "Worst I've done is boil over a few things, sorry to say. I told the captain I'd work on supplying us with potions. I can make some with mininmal investment."
"Herbalist. Why does everyone think of alchemy first? I am not going to blow anything up." She looks over at Toby at that. "I don't make poisons either. Just potions. The druidess explains.
"I guess I'll spend the time gathering what I need and in the kitchens then. I do have some concoctions to put together." The elf woman muses.
"Is there anything to do around here?" The druidess looks from Maurine to Ardym to Warren. "I need to do a bit of work setting up in the kitchens and hope to watch the squibbing to pick up a thing or two, but this seems to be a rather small outpost."
One thing to note: the DC to increase Infamy and Disrepute will get higher over time as it's based on our party level. Speaking from experience in another S&S game, it's best to raise it as much as we can at lower levels when the DCs are tough but not as tough. A dedicated face character, maybe backed up by some aid another rolls, will be helpful here. Certain events might raise it too, but best not to count on that.
I hope to have many academic and comedic discussions of religion with you in the future even as we loot every ship we can.
"In time. In time. I have other diversions first." The elf woman raises a mug and looks at Maurine, Ardym, and Warren. "But first...to new comrades in arms."
"Oh no. The winds are howling and the seas are rough. What ever shall I do?" The elf woman says mockingly before laughing a little.
The druidess looks at Rosanne, towards a room with a bit of longing, but takes a seat. "I have no interest in conversion of anyone. Everyone needs to find their own path. I have mine, and it should be enough for me for all the years to come." She tells Warren. She does smile a little at Ardym's story. "That is how it goes sometimes, for druids, hunters, rangers, and many others. The right animal finds you, when the time is right."
The druidess looks at the parrot, one eyebrow raised, and then to Lady Paine. She sighs. "And people wonder why I stick with plants for the most part." She jokes.
