The sage Taricus boggleth my mind with all the .... business. But I think the character's name was Malkor and he had it as a tattoo on his chest or back in Triple X. Wasn't Malkor Sauron's old boss or something?

Yeah, I think he was talking about him on Conan O'Brian show. I've watched xXx to find the tattoo, and there is some writing right above his belt, but its too far away to read, but I think that's where it says the name. I think he said the character was a double-specialized drow witch hunter, except maybe I think you could take Weapon Specialization twice in 2nd edition. So that's probably the double-specialization. Witch Hunter I have no idea, except there is a prestige class in Oriental Adventures called Witch Hunter, but that is 3rd edition (could be a 2nd edition version though).

Issue 313, namely Dragon Psychoses and Born of Death articles. Half-undead are awesome, not only have I used them a ton for NPCs, two of the 3 PCs I've played since getting this issue have used these races (Fetch and the Mortif Deathtouched). I also make way too many Spellhoarding dragons, but I can't help myself because they're too neat. Yeah... someone should do another article on deathtouched.
