SPECIAL ABILITIES
Adaptable Luck Some halflings have greater control over their innate luck. This ability gives them more options for how they can apply their good fortune from day to day, but also narrows its scope. 3 times per day, a halfling can gain a +2 luck bonus on an ability check, attack roll, saving throw, or skill check. If halflings choose to use the ability before they make the roll or check, they gain the full +2 bonus; if they choose to do so afterward, they only gain a +1 bonus.
Anger Inquisition
Animal Companion (Ex) A hunter forms a bond with an animal companion. A hunter may begin play with any of the animals on the druid list. This animal is a loyal companion that accompanies the hunter on her adventures. The hunter's effective druid level is equal to her hunter level. If a character receives an animal companion from more than one source, her effective druid levels stack for the purposes of determining the statistics and abilities of the companion. If a hunter releases her companion from service or her animal companion perishes, she may gain a new one by performing a ceremony requiring 24 uninterrupted hours of prayer in the environment where the sought companion typically lives.
Animal Focus (Su) A sacred huntsmaster can take on the aspects of an animal as a swift action, gaining a bonus or special ability based on the type of animal emulated. The ability is usable 4 minutes per day. The animal companion gets a constant benefit. This ability works as the hunter's animal focus class feature, with her inquisitor level serving as her hunter level.
Cunning Initiative (Ex) An inquisitor adds her Wisdom modifier on initiative checks, in addition to her Dexterity modifier.
Detect Alignment (Sp) At will, an inquisitor can use detect chaos, detect evil, detect good, or detect law. She can only use one of these at any given time.
Fate's Favored The fates watch over you. Whenever you are under the effect of a luck bonus of any kind, that bonus increases by 1.
Shadow Play +1 CL on spells with the light or dark descriptor
Irrepressible(Ex) Halflings receive a +2 racial bonus on saving throws dominate and possession effects.
Hateful Retort (Ex) Once per day, as an immediate action after you have been hit with a melee attack, you can make a melee attack against the creature that hit you. This melee attack is at your highest attack bonus, even if you've already attacked in the round.
Hunter Tactics (Ex) A sacred huntsmaster automatically grants her teamwork feats to her animal companion. The companion doesn't need to meet the prerequisites of these teamwork feats.

Keen Senses (Ex) Halflings receive a +2 bonus on Perception skill checks.
Monster Lore (Ex) The inquisitor adds her Wisdom modifier on Knowledge skill checks in addition to her Intelligence modifier, when making skill checks to identify the abilities and weaknesses of creatures.
No Racial Subtype You have chosen no racial subtype.
Outrider Some halflings specialize in mounted combat. Halflings with this racial trait gain a +2 bonus on Handle Animal and Ride checks. This racial trait replaces the sure-footed racial trait.
Reactionary You were bullied often as a child, but never quite developed an offensive response. Instead, you became adept at anticipating sudden attacks and reacting to danger quickly. You gain a +2 trait bonus on Initiative checks.
Skilled Rider (Ex) At 1st level, a dragoon gains both the Mounted Combat and Skill Focus (Ride) feats as bonus feats. This ability replaces the 1st-level fighter bonus combat feat.
Stern Gaze (Ex) Inquisitors are skilled at sensing deception and intimidating their foes. An inquisitor receives a +2 morale bonus on all Intimidate and Sense Motive checks.
Track (Ex) An inquisitor adds half her level on Survival skill checks made to follow or identify tracks.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency A dragoon is not proficient with tower shields.
Weapon Familiarity (Ex) Halflings are proficient with slings and treat any weapon with the word "halfling" in its name as a martial weapon.
