About Durkha Ibn Jad
Durkha was born in the Orc Hold of Belkzen, daughter to a powerful and influential shaman named Karsa. When her father fell from favour she was taken by her tribe to be sacrificed to Rull, Orcish God of Storms. She was saved by a group of pathfinders who returned her and her father to the Grand Lodge. Her father joined the Society and left Durkha to be raised in the Grand Lodge.
Durkha grew up amongst the servants, doing chores, cleaning, cooking and always listening to the stories the Pathfinders told of their expeditions. She committed everything to memory and eventually managed to impress Ambrus Valsin enough that he gave her a chance to join the Society. She spent much of her early time exploring the Shackles and is often found dressed like a Pirate Captain.
Lately her past has begun to catch up to her and she has found herself cursed by Rull, angered at her escape from his sacrificial altar. She blames her father for this and whenever they meet you can guarantee a blazing row is likely to break out.
