ok well those are exactly what we are playin as far as rules except for we dont get to use traits and we are starting at lvl 1. he's also very flexable on race and class hence the tiefling magus lol. but yes 28 point buy

well we were given 28 points to put in however we felt was best. as far as other build rules im not sure what you mean. like i said im new and trying to learn as i go. sorry for posting in the wrong forum....lol didnt know it was such a big deal but i apologize. what exactly are the traits ive been seeing that term alot but i dont what they are. i deff want to roll shocking grasp so pumping it would be nice.

this is my first time playing pathfinder and im trying to optimize a build for a tiefling magus.

STR: 10 DEX: 20 CON: 13 INT: 20 WIS: 10 CHA: 12

ive already taken weapon fin and my first feat just not sure what else to do....
any advice and/or help would be very useful.

i made a Tiefling Magus for my first game.

i want to be heavy dmg and mostly up close and personal
im just not sure what feats/build i should go with. like i said im new to pathfinder so not sure what to do, help would be awesome. oh i think i made my magus with a 28 point start. my dex and int are both high and ive already taken weapon fin. what not??
