Drek'Thar:
Drek is a half-orc, raised in a Shoanti village, who had a knack for medicine and magic. He studied with the local medicine man and learned the totemic ways, but when he turned out of age he realized he wanted to travel along Varisia to learn more about the world, and thuat he did. Being a half-orc, he's been most times feared at the beginning, but his good humor and kindness have usually been key for him to be accepted, more so after he's shown his healing skills, which are usually much appreciated.

He heard of the new cathedral in Sandpoint and wanted to admire it (even if not revering a proper God but a totem), but when he arrived he found out about the goblin raid. Being told the heroes are out trying to solve the problem, he decides they might need his curative skills and sets his mind on staying and help in whichever way he can.
