He then looks to the others and nods. "If we're goin' through the double door, ya got ta be prepared."

Awaiting several seconds for an answer, Dorrin will proceed to open the door if no response is forthcoming and peer within.

Dorrin takes a careful step forward and studies the beasts for a moment. "Ignore him," he starts, motioning with a nod toward Arryn. "He's pretty much full of rubbish. Now, we're not here ta hurt anyone, we're just here ta talk," he says, speaking in a calm tone while exhibiting a like demeanor. "We just want ta talk to the person in charge is all, nothin' more. Don't suppose they're around here somewhere, are they?" he asks, looking around to see if there is anyone here but the creatures.

Cutting his eyes from Violet to the mayor, "The lass is right. We did kill the dragon. And I don't doubt the defensibility of Longshadow. My question ta you, Mayor, is: Can Longshadow stand up ta a thousand gobbos? What about five thousand? Ten thousand? Because if they've already taken what Arryn here just told ya they've taken, I can guarantee ya their army easily numbers in the thousands. And with that bein' the case, can Longshadow withstand such a number alone? Because there's no help ta be had, Mayor, let me assure ya. They've nearly taken over everythin' surroundin' ya ta where you'll be the only town left. We highly urge ya ta prepare for war because that storm WILL arrive, ready or not."

Dorrin takes in the scene slightly taken aback by how 'normal' it is, yet, he doesn't show it. "Well I guess I can put this away," he comments, placing his crossbow back up.

As Arryn questions the first citizen he sees, Dorrin throws in his own request. "Also, do you lot have a shop that sells ammunition for bows/crossbows/whatever else?"

Stroking his beard in thought, "It really doesn't make a lot of sense at all, lass. I just don't get it. While they may be a bit more powerful than goblins, they really aren't that much smarter. Somebody has got ta most definitely be pullin' their strings. It's just a matter of figurin' out who, or what, that is. Until then though, we kill every gobbo that crosses our path. He then turns to the other dwarves, "So they control all the lands south of the Marideth and are pretty much taking over everythin' in the Hollow Hills, huh?" he asks rhetorically, looking off into the distance. "Not for long. Not if I have anythin' ta say about it." After a moment he turns back to his fellow dwarves, "I don't suppose you lot would have some extra bolts on ya, would ya? And only if you can spare 'im. I'm not about ta take what you be needin'."

Shocked at being nearly pummeled to death, "What in the blazes is wrong with ya, lass?!?! Attack THAT one!!!" he instructs, motioning to the fey creature. He then steps away from her and fires again at the insane fey enemy.

5' step; Attacking the psycho. Dwarven style defense bonus vs. Violet. (Is that possible to add that vs an ally? I just want to add my defensive bonus against her. But if she keeps rolling 17's it's just freaking not gonna matter). :P

Okay, after the first 10 hours, I figured it's probably dark and upped the DC. Amazingly enough, if I'm wrong, I still nailed 'em! BOOM!

And from my count, looks like I managed 24 of them. :)

With his arms crossed as he listens to Brostic's report, and the outburst of Arryn, the dwarf chews on the inside of his lip in thought a moment. Eventually he simply shrugs. "Don't worry about it, lad, we got this. We go ta Longshadow and we clear that area of the disgusting hobbos and after that, we'll go from there. Get yer message out about Fort Trevelay - and get it out quickly for time is against us - and whatever they decide ta do with it, they do with it. We canno' force 'em ta listen ta reason. We've got ta take care of what we can take care of and that's really all we can do," he states practically.

"By the way, don't suppose we've come across any bolts, have we? I could use some more. I'm not out but it won't be long at this rate."

@Mott: Dorrin's AC vs. the Orange one is actually 29. At worst it's a 25. Unless I'm missing something somewhere?(which does tend to happen fairly often unfortunately). :P

Torn between shooting the dragon and killing the lone hobgoblin, he can't help but shake his head knowing full well his one puny bolt won't be enough to take it down.
