Thanks for the link to that, this is what I figured, but man how I wish they'd produce something for the big monsters.

Silver Crusade

Hello all, this is my first discussion post so sorry if the formatting isn't what you're used to.

As I study the Pathfinder Bestiaries during my freetime I notice the scores of great monsters that are gargantuan and colossal. The artwork in particular is spectacular, but because they're so large very few get produced in the pathfinder boxes/pathfinder battles.

I'm sure this has been discussed before, and it might be a general consensus that these big monsters are overkill, or hard to produce minis for; but given the great lore and stat blocks, especially since many of them could be considered mythic tier, I wonder if Paizo will create a miniatures line for these monsters.

My idea/thought would be a pathfinder pawns box of just gargantuan and some colossal monsters. It could be called The Big Box or something. If pawns aren't the best idea, a small line of notable colossal/gargantuan Pathfinder Battles could work instead.

For the sake of not having whole pieces of cardstock be a single monster, these monsters could be large and huge to utilize space, though this cuts down on the wow factor from size, it still gets the artwork out of the pages onto the table. However, I do think there is room to make a gargantuan sized pawn.

I think there is an interest in monsters like the Roc, Cthulu, or the Tarrasque; not for the sake of putting a gargantuan mini on the table, but for having the artwork and the monsters from the books represented at the table.

What are your thoughts on colossal and gargantuan monsters (other than kill me now)? Has this been discussed before? Do you care if a colossal/gargantuan mini is represented as seen in the books? Would scaled down gargantuan/colossal monsters be an issue?

Thanks for reading my post!
