Scarlet will deal 4-harm AP, takes -1 harm before armor and scares the absolute cr*p out of the raiders.
Dog smiles seeing Scarlet rain lead down on the raiders below. He takes a knee next to the raider she already made a mess of and looks to see if the poor bastard had any explosives.
Would I need to roll "Read a Sitch" for this?
No matter what he finds, Dog gets back-to-back with Scarlet. Looking over his shoulder at her, he asks, "How many are there, you figure?" Dog sweeps his SMG back and forth, making sure no one sneaks up on Scarlet while she's making mincemeat outta the raiders downstairs.

Dog feels Scarlet tense up behind him. He's been up and down this stretch of road before but doesn't remember this road block. Dog looks over at Trombone, noting that the scout is done gearing up. He throws up a hand gesture to send Trombone on his way. Dog turns a critical eye to the rest of his gang; looking over their gear and making sure they look like they can handle the trip. The last thing Dog needs is people comin' along who can't look out for themselves.
He hops on his chopper and revs the engine to get the engine nice and warm. He flashes a smile at Scarlet, saying "You've got the best seat in the house! It pays to ride at the head of the pack where you're not sucking down fumes."
He can tell the boys are ready to ride. They're good at hiding it, but they're antsy - if we sit here too much longer somebody's gonna get hit. He pulls up alongside Runner's jeep and calls out above the sound of roaring engines, "Are you punks ready? Let's ride!"

Of course things get exciting once Dog leaves the diner!
As Dog leaves the diner and heads down to rally the Lost Boys, he can practically feel the wind on his face already. It's nice having a place to lay low and not get murdered but that cozy feeling doesn't last long before the road starts callin' again.
Dog kicks open the door to the club calls out, "It's been an age we been snowed in here but not no more!" Dog walks calmly among the bikers, patting a few on their shoulders. "Who's always lookin' out for ya?" He let's the question hang in the air for a minute until somebody pipes up. "That's right freaks, the Dog's always lookin' out for ya. We got a new gig! Yours truly got a lead on some prewar loot just waitin' for us, and alls we gotta do is clobber some ferals. Get off your asses, boys, it's time to RIDE!"

He thinks for a minute, staring menacingly at Toyota for effect. "If I come back from my trip on the Feral Central Express, you can have your pick o' something from the haul - after me - plus a cut off the top. Or you could make an offer that doesn't make me feel like I'm diggin' my own grave."

Instead, she looks around for Scarlet, presumably to order a drink. Wolf's is one of the best places for purified water or caffeine, after all.
Dog, bored and eager for some trouble, says "We used to have a ghoul in the Lost Boys a time ago. Don't recall his name, though. I think one of the boys killed him in his sleep. Didn't trust him I s'pose. Seemed okay though. Didn't try to eat anybody that I know of."

He needs to find a gig, preferably not from Nikki Needles, before the boys get cabin fever and really lose their minds. How did the final confrontation go down?

Apparently we don't kill each other on sight so what arrangement did we come to?
I was a long-time Lost Boy. As one of the few who knew how to read, I looked out for some of the others and made sure they got their fair share. More and more of 'em started looking to me when you made yourself scarce. One day, you came back and I said you were out - that was that. Not very exciting. Sure, I had a crowbar and two dozen whack jobs at my back, but I think you just weren't invested in the life anymore. You clearly had other things on your mind.
Now I don't know if you came to regret your decision to walk away, but that's the past, man, and we don't live there no more. If you want the Lost Boys to run errands for you, you gotta pay just like everyone else. Only difference is, you still got our ink. Runner/Navarre, what does that mean?

The Lost Boys make their home in what used to be the Friedman and Target galleries on the lobby level. Part flophouse, part clubhouse, this spot gives the boys a warm place to sober up. It's also close as can be to where their bikes are parked down in the graveyard - the underground parking garage, P1.
As usual, Dog's up early. Most of the boys are sleeping off the good time they had last night as he makes his way out of the club and down into the graveyard. Dog would make the boys sleep down here if it wasn't so f#cking cold. He starts his bike and enjoys feeling the engine purr while he deeply inhales the acrid petrol fumes. Once the dizziness sets in, he slams his boot into the clutch, hits the throttle, and rockets out into the cold morning air. After doing a couple laps around the Walker, Dog is awake and ready to deal with whatever bullsh!t today's gonna bring.
Walking back past the club, he decides to let the boys sleep. No need to get on their cases until we've got a gig, and god d4mn do we need a gig. Dog makes his way up to Wolf's and grabs a stool at the counter. He looks around to see if Scarlet is working. Anybody that back-talks Dog usually catches a boot in their teeth but from Scarlet he doesn't mind it too much.
Chief, is instant the best you got this morning?

Tell me about this powerful individual or group that you owe a debt to.
People think leading a pack is all about pickin' where to drink that night or decidin' how many boys are needed to beat the snot out of someone. It is that, but you also gotta know how to run a business. When leadership of the Lost Boys "transitioned" between Runner and me, I inherited all the bastard's debts. Sneaky son of a ghoul had been makin' a lotta promises he either couldn't, or didn't wanna keep.
Nikki Needles helped me to get outta that mess. She's a wanna-be Hardholder putting together some territory in St. Paul, south of the river. It takes a lotta jingle to build an empire and she got hers cornering the drug market in this burned-out corner of the world. I don't know why she decided to give me a hand, but she must figure I owe her more than one cuz she's been calling in favors for months now.

Dog rides at the head of a pack of 30 murderous bastards; the Lost Boys. Lucky for him, they're generally well-disciplined. He's tried to run his gang like an military unit - with varying levels of success - ever since reading an only somewhat f#cked-up copy of Starship Troopers that he found lying around.
Dog's always looking out for #1, but he looks after his Boys too. He's got nothing without them at his back, after all. One of these days he'll have enough firepower in his merry band to secure someplace defensible and kick back... until then though, a lot of skulls are gonna get bashed in. A guy's gotta make a living.
