Killik heads off to tinker with the wards. As he checks them over he looks to see if they would detect rogue droids attacking the meeting. He remains a little concerned that no-one seems to be looking into the issue, even on Akion, miserable dust ball that it is, droids dont go randomly attacking people.

His voice trails off and he begins to hum in time with the vibrations of the planet, pushing gently at Cyprium who finds his light injury healed.

Quick rules question. Force Barrage says that it always hits. Does it ignore the miss chance of hidden or concealed or not? Opinions vary and we have no official answer.

Doctor Killik prods at the technological remnants they find with a stick. Such things I am afraid are rather beyond me, never did have much interest in tinkering with technology he says before heading back to the vehicles.

Starting it up he again starts to scan the region for unusual features.

My new office if very fine and I have managed to instal a new upgrade so I dont have to worry about not having a flashlight again he says, tapping his darkvision visor. However, I very much hope we will be back before it gets dark and not have to venture into some dank cave or part of the crashed vessel. That was very unpleasant last time.

Doctor Killik flutters into the briefing room. He is a delicate, nervous looking winged shirren with multicoloured butterfly like wings.

Sorry to be late, last minute patient to see. He listens to the briefing, Oh no, not more trekking around outside. Surely this sort of thing can be done much more safely by automated drones! My skills are far more useful at the summit. Perhaps I can stay here... he says as his voice falters and he accepts the inevitable trip into the horribly hostile wilderness of Akiton.

I wont be ready to start with Killik until Monday next week so mid week works fine for me. I am playing at Paizocon EU Online this weekend and he is in a couple of games. He will be level 2 when he starts this.

Killiks eyes flicker open and he groans. What hit me? he mumbles. I knew coming here was a bad idea.

He feels the energy of the universe flowing through him and pushes, hard, at Big Red. Closing his eyes he quickly mutters the word to the first spell he ever mastered, sending more healing energy into the big brute.

Quick question, if the enemy is grabbing me with its jaws then I dont think it can also attack me with the same jaws as they are occupied grabbing me.

Killik feels the energy of the universe flowing through him and his companions. He envisages it as a pale blue light which binds them together, flowing through all living things. With a thought he pushes more of it towards Shadir, closing his wounds.

These things are horrid he shouts as he quickly conjures a spinning disc of angry red force to bounce off the two of them.

With one of the creatures now close Killik sends a beam of psychic energy straight at it. He then quickly brings up his fancy new shield with a schwoom noise as it unfolds.

Killik will indeed take a bit of a rest while the others search.

Killik looks over the two spell amps. Well, anyone can use either of these but the stimulant one isnt any use to the owner. I could easily inject it into someone else to give them the benefit if necessary. Jump can always help, especially for those of you who are rather ground bound.

Sigh, cellular stimulant gives you quickened for 1 round but you only gain the extra action at the start of your turn so it has to be administered by someone else to do anything.

Can you clarify the last point, Killik? Mystic has a Vitality Network, but it only regains points during combat. Where does the replenishing every 10 minutes come in? I don't see that described anywhere. My 2701 is a Mystic, so I'm still trying to learn the mechanics on that one myself.

Vitality Network refills to full when you refocus.

In PF2E immunity to critical hits just gives immunity to the doubled damage, not anything else. No idea if Starfinder is the same.

With the battle done Killik sits down heavily on some wreckage. Well, they were horrible he says, and definitely not edible!

For healing Killik can automatically restore 10HP every 10 minutes with Vitality Network as well as another 1d6 to everyone with his focus spell.

With its target dispatched Killik allows his wisp to fade away. Trying to press down on his panic he focuses on the energy that ties the group together. Sensing that Big Bite is hurting a bit he pushes at him, soothing his wounds. He then sends a pulsing orb of blue light at the two oozes.

Killik pokes around in the rubble and plays with the retractable shield. I could probably make use of this but if someone else wants it thats fine too. I say we check out the nearest rooms first, we dont want to leave anything horrid behind us.

Killik hangs around near the doorway while the spills are covered up. The idea of heading off into the darkness on his own is, frankly, appalling.

As they descend into the darkness Killik holsters his rifle and pulls out a flashlight. I hate the dark, anything could be lurking down here he mutters.

Arriving at the smelly chamber he looks around.

We can cover these spills using the soil from above. It will take a bit of time but its probably worth doing. Whoever does it will be exposed to those fumes though.

I just wanted a nice office with a comfy chair to see my patients...

He gradually subsides into quiet muttering, casting suspicious gazes at every rock, shrub or shifting shadow they meet along their way.

Finding the strange fish things sets him off again. See, more terrifying monsters. What sane planet has air breathing fish that can swim through the ground! Look, someone has experimented on these things as well to make them even more dangerous. I dont like the look of this at all.

He quickly gets control of himself, Apologies friends, apologies. Here, let me help!

He hovers for a moment, drawing on his inner reserves of power and energy flows from him to Big Bite. No more lying down on the job friend.

With a gesture he conjures a shimmering sphere of blue energy around himself and then flutters quickly down to the ground to provide Shadir with a flank.
