In Foundry, my Kingmaker only goes up to chapter 6b, Vordakai's Tomb. What do I have to do to get the rest of it?

There is an auxiliary exit from level 3 to the surface, it's listed as C17.

Level 3: Splinterden is aware of the undead and spiders in the Cellars above. They possess one Spire transport token. They are also aware of Klarkosh, who gave them the noisemakers that ward off the moonspiders, and whose agents occasionally passes through their level.

How do the bandits of Splinterden leave their level? Wouldn't they have to go through level 1 and so they would be aware of the goblins and vice versa? Or is there some other way that they get in and out of their lair that I am not noticing?

Any suggestions on gming something like getting a character pinned to a wall with a stake or sword or something? The sort of thing that happens often in B action movies. Usually through one or both shoulders.

For each of our electronic products, we select the appropriate format(s) to offer based on that format's ability to present our products in the best light. The ePub format is ideal for electronic books that are mostly text, but it lacks the support that the PDF format has for precise layout of images and special textual formatting.

Because of this, only the Pathfinder Tales fiction line is available in ePub form at this time; the rest of our Pathfinder products are available only in PDF form.

ePubs can easily be converted for use with your Kindle, and I'm told the result is as good as the native format. Kindle apparently supports viewing PDFs directly, but it apparently isn't the best possible device for viewing PDFs.

I understand that most of the Pathfinder game books wouldn't work well as Kindle books, but I think releasing some of the mostly text game books, that are mostly background info, for ebooks would be great.

I've recently been trying to read up on all the world history and cultural descriptions, such as The Inner Sea World Guide, and I'd love to have all that text on my Kindle instead of the giant hardcover I have.

I'm planning on having the pcs find a small water elemental's True Name, as the arcane discovery in the Ultimate Magic book.

I'm looking for suggestions on what a water elemental might ask for as a reward for it's service.

Any ideas?
