I'm just going to follow up. It's been over a month and the 2nd chapter of the AP is out. It does synch properly and is available at the proper discount, but Book 1 still does not seem to be Synching properly. As mentioned above, PZ09080E synchs, PZO9079E does not synch despite the fact that I own them both.

I've purchased the Mummy's Mask AP PDFs and they are listed on My Downloads but it does not register as having been purchased when attempting to add the above Fantasy Ground module.

I am going to be starting a Kingmaker campaign on Fantasy Grounds in the next couple of weeks and am still recruiting interested players. I do have the Ultimate license so players with the Demo (Free) Version are welcome. We will be using Discord as our Voice Chat program.
