Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Sorry, posted just before leaving for work and it was eaten. Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 At the scurrying of his fellows, Alexite moves to the hovering cube, grabbing it and placing it within his doublet. He turns and begins singing slowly in a low tone, barely audible to those within the room. As figures appear from the tunnel he raises his voice, a mournful dirge filling the room. His words convey the pain of loss and the desolation of abandonment by all; even hope. Fascinate - Will save DC 13 to the first person to enter the room @Esfana - Much of it didn't make sense to native english speakers

Zyren DM wrote: As you open the gully cover a horrid stench sweeps over you, it reminds you of dead animals, excrements and worse. The darkness in the sewers seems complete from here. Alexite plucks the hat off of Thorn and with a sibilant hiss, passes his hand over it. A clear yellow light glows from the hat. He proffers it to it's owner with a smile. 'Now it will not be quite so dark in there as you guide us.'

Alexite picks up his coin pouch. Eyeing the strange man suspiciously, he tucks the pouch into his doublet. 'Thank you.' At Esfana's words, he looks sharply. 'Hurt or imprisoned? I am the injured party.' Oh, well. I guess I'll follow along, too. Alexite follows the rest of the group into the temple.

Alcheringa wrote: "Well we know our goal is beneath the Temple, in the sewers, so it makes sense just to pass through and head in - I see no value in haunting the temple any longer than needed, thus my direct suggestion" Alexite pointedly stares at the elf. 'Yes, let's meander into a temple that demands their priestesses remain pure. Entrance should be easy enough.' Looking over the group he says, 'A priestess and paladin of Iomedae in all their holy symboled glory. That should elicit no questions. A grungy elf with a mountain lion.' He looks around the plaza. 'No, that's not of place.' A glance at the wizard, 'Surprisingly, you would have the easiest time gaining entrance, however; your incessant whining will neatly counteract that advantage.' Regarding himself, Alexite waves his hands past his figure. 'Even I would need a disguise. They are not about to let a man, no matter how fine he looks and dresses, enter into the sanctum sanctorum and risk the ravishment of their high holy women.' Visibly cringing at the odor coming off the stranger, he motions at him, 'Need I go on?'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Looking to Alcheringa 'If all you want is into the sewers, find a hole nearby and jump in. That should get you there. I think we can find out so much more if we enter into the temple.' Upon the sudden and uncouth entrance of Barry's gigantic kin, Alexite sighs. 'Well, it looks as though the sewers have instead found us.' He motions to the elf. 'He's the one needing you to guide him through your home.' Motioning to the boyish figures in robes, he states, 'You make deposits there.'

Alcheringa wrote: "Hmmm sneak in they say, this could become a touch challenging, perhaps Alexites golden tongue can pave us a way in?" Alexite looks to the elf. 'I recommend we take a good look at those adherents close to the temple and then find outfits we can use to emulate theirs. We can disguise ourselves and move into the temple proper.' A grin slowly spreads across his face. 'Of course, if you prefer bravado, I am always open to temptation.'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Zyren DM: Don't tempt Alexite like that. You know he has no self control. I was about to remind them that temple doesn't matter because the golem is in the sewers, but now I have no choice but to lead them on a wild goose chase into and through the temple satisfying his debased lusts and complete disregard for morality.

Alcheringa wrote: "One would only enter a contest if one valued the prize, throw your prize around too freely and you will soon find you have a lot of entrants, but very few competitors." Alexite claps at Alcheringa's performance. 'Ha, ha! Well said. I may have to steal that one for my own use. You are a regular wilder poet. I have shortchanged you, skald.' He shakes his head in bemusement '...many entrants... few competitors... Too rich!' Alexite stands up if only to put space between himself and the odious hobbit. 'Let's go anywhere else. Barry, you are to relay to anyone that stops by you are carrying out the bidding of Dirge Alexite Wintrish and he is accepting no visitors to his modest demesne this day.'

Looking down at the halfling with a grave expression, Alexite explains, 'We are going to put down the cookies and begin cleaning up this pig sty.' Pointing to Worsh, he continues, 'If his body is worth money you know who will buy it. Handle it. If we need to accompany the body to ensure the money is paid, we will do so.' Looking around the workshop, he remarks, 'I believe we have availed ourselves of whatever components and regeants were to be had, so the rest can be sold. If the Iomaedites would like to sift through the parts to find as many of the pieces of poor Sir Timmy as the can for interrment, you will assist them.' Motioning to the golem bodies and parts, he tells the slip, 'You may sell off those parts as well...' Alexite stops midsentence. 'Belay that. Hold onto all of the bodies sans Sir Timmy. We know of someone with an interest in golems who may be willing to pay top dollar for ready made parts and completed golems.' He looks back to the slave. 'Why are you not cleaning? That reminds me, once finished cleaning this place, you will bathe and put on clean clothes. There will be no more lackadaisical effort from you.'

Alexite nearly recoils at the sight of the halfling offering cookies. 'No, thank you.', he says. 'Ah,', Alexite exclaims as he takes the proffered spellbook. 'What have we here?' Muttering a few words, he passes his hand over the book. He then opens the pages and begins to read the verious entries. 'Well, it's full of necromancy spells, but that is no surprise. It is of no use to me outside of it's resale value.' Alexite lets the book hang from his languidly outstretched hand. 'Anyone want it?'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Alexite walks through the lower floor of the workshop. 'Come out here, Barry! The ugly demonspawn is gone.' Upon the miniature troll crawling out of the cabinets, Alexite tells him, 'You are in luck this morning. I have saved your wretched little hide again. As Worsh is now dead and yet still in debt, you may come with me. You should delight that your circumstances are so much improved.'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Alexite notices Esfana partially disrobing. 'Finally, you come around to my charms. Had I known you were weak in the knees for golems, we could have come here days ago.' Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17 Noticing that Esfana has become pale, Alexite tells her, 'Don't worry, my dear. I know the thought of a man of my girth may seem overwhelmning, but I won't hurt you with it... unless you beg.' Damn site down all day yesterday and once it does come up they begin BUS testing at work and I have no Internet connection...

Zyren DM: Alexite allows himself to be drug along to the acolyte's room. There he will deftly ply his talents and skills upon the girl. He makes sure to only give her the first subtle taste of his master's art so as not to alarm her or give himself away. He will take his time until finally allowing her to crest her wave as he, too, finally finds the release he has been building upon since receiving his "gift". As an aside, Alexite would have recovered 2 of his hit points upon resting at the brothel and would now only be down 3 hp. What this may cost him, or restore to him, is up to you; of course.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Zyren DM: Alexite smiles appreciatively at his gift. He spends several hours exploring her capacity for heightened sensory manipulation. All the while, he draws upon the shared experiences to fuel his own passion for the impending rendezvous with a certain acolyte. He will continue until she is at her breaking point and then abruptly leave off. Alexite leaves the gift lying in a pool of herself as he departs the alcove, giving a nod of acknowledgement to the statuesque blonde as she passes. I assumed it was for Alexite's use there in the sanctum and not to take with him. Please let me know if I have misunderstood. Once out, he leaves through the entrance of the temple of Shelyn, bound for one of the brothels that line the street. Alexite will pay for the use of a room for the day with orders that a trio of lovelies be sent up in eight hours to properly awaken him. He will sleep to recover from the past day's exertions and dream of exertions in the night to come. When awoken, he has them entertain him with each other, savoring their cavorting antics, until he feels it is late enough to make his way back to Love's boudoir. Alexite stealthily gains entrance to the temple and searches out his vict... err, sacrifi... uhm, date. As no one actually offered to split their findings, Alexite still has the sack of gold he found.

Alexite gives Esfana a dull look. 'That sounds suspiciously like work. Work is so boring.' At the jest of the au natural elf, Alexite arches an eyebrow. 'Ooh, a threesome? Well if you are going to sweeten the pot, that is something to consider. Just to be fair and generous we really should include the others.' To the elf, 'You should invite your cousin and she can invite her cousin. While I know that Torald is veritably buckling at the knees when he hears the dulcet tones of my silky smooth voice, Esfana you should be the one to invite him. I think he would do anything for even a slice of your pie.' Alexite claps his hands in excitement. 'This could shape up to be fun. Finally!'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Noting her haughty arrogance in calling him a child, Alexite remarks, 'You may find that pedistool is not quite so grand as you believe. After all, you are only elf-ish. Just as you are only woman-ish quite like the weird one here who is also split between womanish and boyish. May be you have found another "cousin"?' Looking to the boyish youth from the south, Alexite rejoins, 'Ware your words, mistress, I've yet to sample your wares. Warning me of an impending need of the services of an apothecary is not the enticement you might have intended it to be.' @Elsbeth - Match? Resorting to threats of violence is a bald admission of having arrived unarmed to a war of wits.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Alexite looks incredulously at Torald. ' You can't see the big covered litter being borne by people right past us?' '...until all you have is a big fat bottle of vinegar.' Alexite picks right back up, not missing a beat. 'You, dear elfish woman, should have some time before you pickle, but I am detecting a sour disposition. Be careful lest you shrivel up and stink before your time.'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Alexite looks puzzled for a moment at Elsbeth's comment. 'You do a disservice to yourself, lady. Age on a woman is as with a fine wine. As a woman ages, she develops a wonderful flavor that is complex in the depth of it's myriad undertones and subtext. A mature woman becomes a rare vintage to be savored for it's full body; ever expanding richness that finally culminates in...' Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21 Noticing the palanquin moving through the crowd, Alexite rudely interrupts himself as he angles for a view of it's occupant. Ah, Torald, there is a woman custom made for you after all. One who shares your temperament and passion. I dare say, do not let her just slither off into the crowd.'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Elsbeth Corlas wrote: It translated fine. :) Actually that was to Esfana, but I realize now that I didn't specify, so why shouldn't you both think it was for each of you. =D Alexite listens to Elsbeth as she goes on about Torald. 'You are absolutely correct, dear girl, on every count. Mmmmm, Torald is doing the same for me. Sooner or later he'll succumb to my charms, too.'
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Alexite gives a friendly wave to the shadows as they pass. 'See? They are very peaceful shadows.' Shaking his head in disbelief and muttering to himself, 'Gods know why...' Alexite will begin detecting magic and very slowly searching the crypt. Take 20 on perception, 23 Now that we see the whole crypt, I realize what I thought was a fountain was actually the spillway for the rivulet coming from the actual fountain at the lower end of the map.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
'Elsbeth, Nox, move toward the fountain behind us. Give Torald, Alcheringa and Esfana room to move back as well. Esfana, as I value my soul, leave off of the shadows. Provoking them will only make it worse for us. Damnit, kill these ghouls already!' Alexite lashes out at the nearest ghoul once more with his ever charged whip. Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12 This time he at least gets the business end going in the right direction even if it doesn't connect with anything.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Bard/2
Alexite stiffens at the sight of the shadowy entities. 'Dispatch these ghouls quickly and get back behind me! Those creatures are shadows and are not to be trifled with. Their touch brings weakness and death at their hands is eternal damnation for your soul. Your armour will be of no protection and our weapons mostly useless.' He lashes out at the nearest ghoul, his whip charged with energy. Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 Let's see you roll 1 twice in a row then you can cry to the dice gods. Zyren DM: Shadows are undead and technically only identifiable by a knowledge religion check DC 10 + HD, but . As Alexite is from where he is from and light sensitive undead are rampart, I kind of assumed knowledge of these (especially since he knows what he knows). Hey, I recently saw that common, kellid and shadowtongue are the languages in my home country. Do I know these like all Mordant Spire elves know common, elven and Old Azlant or do I need to spend language slots on it?
