Description: Devrin is a handsome young man in his early twenties. He keeps his dark brown hair cropped short, though it is sometimes a bit disheveled. He wears a heavy green long necked shirt that he found from an exotic cloth merchant far off in Magnimar. Over that he wears a light leather jerkin beneath his chain shirt. A light pack is often strung over his shoulder and his morning star and starknife hang at his belt. A wooden butterfly symbol hangs around his neck, but it is buried by his turtle neck.
Personality: Devrin is a fun and charming person. He is gregarious and loves to make new friends. His wanderlust keeps him on the road as he follows Desna's teachings to always explore the world and broaden his horizons. He is quite trusting, though he is not stupid and can tell when people are taking advantage of him. He does his best to get beyond prejudice and racial stereotypes when meeting new people. He does do his best though to protect those who are oppressed or under duress.
History: Originally from Magnimar, Devrin has been on the move for most of his life. His parents were and still are traveling merchants who move along the trade routes of Varisia. From Magnimar, to Korvosa, to Riddleport, Devrin has seen the cities and longs to keep on the move. While he is well traveled, Devrin has never left Varisia and is intrigued by the lands to the south. For the past 5 years, Devrin has moved in land away from the more common trade routes and out into the back country. His arrival in Sandpoint actually brings him back amongst the larger towns of Varisia. He is looking to re-establish friendships from when he was last in town and restock before heading out again.
