After you dimension door, does that force your song/perform to stop until it's your turn again?

Couple of quick questions.

Druid wearing normal armor, +1 cloak of resistance, and say Barkskin spell in effect.

Wildshapes into another form.

1) where does the druids normal stuff go they were wearing.... drop to floor or magically vanish to be on them when they wildshape back?

2) Will the +1 cloak be in effect?

3) Will the Barkskin spell be in effect?

Does the cloak + domain granted power stack ?
