Hi everyone--I'm starting out in a new Kingmaker campaign and I'm playing a wizard. I'm going for a utility caster/controller build, with summoning thrown in.

I'm having trouble deciding between conjurer and earth elementalist, the latter of which seems to have some good overlap with controlling conjuration spells. I'm also wondering how good an elementalist's summoning is, since he seems relatively limited by having to stick to elementals.

Anyone have thoughts on the pros or cons of going either way?

A friend and I are looking for a game--I live in DC and he lives in Alexandria.

Billy we'd love to join your game but unfortunately it's a bit far for my friend.

A friend and I are looking for a Pathfinder (or 3.5) group as well. I'm in DC, he's in Alexandria. We're late 30's/early 40's and looking for a mature group to join...preferably in Alexandria, Arlington or DC.

My friend has DM'ed for many years and I've been a player in his campaign. We figure we'd like to play together as PC's for a change. :)
