Florr walks through the doorway, behind Thravum, and steps up onto the ruined table. She takes aim at the last crab.

Florr now has higher ground advantage.

Oleksandr steps to the left of Olias to get a better view of the remaining crab. With a dramatic flourish he shoots his right hand forward and a flaming spark erupts from his hand.

The flame scorches through the air and leaves a steaming burn mark across the body of the crab, it stumbles a bit and tries to snip Thravum's leg.

*top of the order*

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

And in it's steaming burned state totally whiffs.

Thravum stands in stunned silence as the dust begins to settle out of the air.... "That's why ye build in stone if you have any sense"

Seeing neither crab under the beam moving, he rushes into the room at the crab to his left, smashing it with his axe.

(previously rolled attack)

attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18

damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

The crab's readied action to attack anyone entering the room happens as soon as you enter. The skitter and hiss as they charge lunging claws the size of hedge shears towards you.

South Crab (attacking with advantage with flanking)
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16

Slashing damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

North Crab (attacking with advantage with flanking)
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

North crab's claws clatter harmlessly against your shield as you expertly sweep your arm behind you to deflect it, The south crab's claw bite's deeply into your axe arm a second before you cleave it in half.

"Hiding, are we? Let's see you escape this." Olias casts Mage Hand, and grabs a hold of the beam above the crabs, pulling down as hard as he can with it.
Never in a million years would 10 pounds of pulling force be enough to yank free a 500 pound solid oak beam hanging from the rafters, but as luck would have it, this beam happened to be hanging in an incredibly humid environment for months and had enough wood rot around it's anchor points to come loose enough that gravity and the beams own weight handles the rest. The beam comes crashing down with a tremendous bang on the west edge of the table. Bones, silverware, candelabra and bits of crab sail into the air as the the table and beam collapse to the westside of the room.

Beam/table damage North Crab: 4d6 + 5 ⇒ (2, 3, 6, 4) + 5 = 20

Beam/table damage South Crab: 4d6 + 5 ⇒ (4, 6, 1, 6) + 5 = 22

You don't see any movement from the crabs.

Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16

The crabs stay where they are.
