Male Human Gunslinger (Musket Master) 1
Couple questions before we get where we're going:

survival: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23 To pick out a nice campsite To Kryd- Well then you're in for a treat. Nothin quite like sleepin in the open air, with all of creation spread out in the sky. Sounds of nature singin you too sleep... He keeps rambling on like that for a while. When they decide where to camp, Deck sets a hammock up 10ft off the ground and drapes his poncho over it for a make shift tent.

14 each sounds right... assuming I'll give you anything!!! BUAHAHAHAHA! Really though, everyone gets 14 gold As Deck walks down the street rambling on about his rifle, he casually reloads it, seemingly oblivious to the strange looks he is drawing from the pedestrians.
Deck slings his rifle over his shoulder, lights a cigarette, and looks around.

He may not have been the best of men, but there's no call for desecrating his remains. If not for him, for them that care about him. They deserve a proper burial and proper closure. Deck removes the dead mans equipment and hands the crossbow and chain mail to the bartender. Sorry for the mess friend. Selling the crossbow should cover the clean up and you can hang the chain mail above the bar as a warning to those that come looking for trouble. Any of his buddies come lookin for me, you let them know where to find me. He slings the great sword over his shoulder and walks over to Ikkath. Ready to go when you are friend. I assume we hit the old dusty trail. How much can I sell the sword for?
If we leave: Now, as I was sayin, this here's called a rifle and it works by... as they walk Deck gives a detailed history of firearms, and their basic function to anyone who cares to listen

I vote we sell the weapons, if nobody wants them, split that money and the gold in his pocket between us, and I'd like to give the chain mail to the bartender so he can hang it over the bar as a warning to the other jerks. Also before we leave I'd like to finish my exchange with Kryd about corpse desecration.

outstanding
I'm hoping I can count this as a surprise round, but I'll hafta roll initiative soon enough anyway.

Deck lights the cigarette. To Moria My apologies darlin'. No offense intended. To Kryd I know it sounds a bit corny, but I'm here for the adventure. I've heard stories about this place and I'm lookin' forward to seein' if they're true. The chance to help build a new village is appealin' too. I've been wanderin' a while now and I wouldn't mind a little permanence back in my life. When the server comes over to refill Deck's drink, he asks her to bring a drink over to Jathal at the bar. If she turns around he waves her over to the table.

Deck lounges in his chair. He so often finds himself sleeping outside and has learned to enjoy the little luxuries to the fullest when the opportunity arises. Այսպիսով, ինչպես եք անում, որովհետեւ այս մայրամուտն.
Elven:
Very well, thanks This lovely inn offers much better accommodations then I'm used too. I'm almost sorry we'll have to leave. Do you believe the stories they tell about these woods? Deck waves over a server to top off his mug and starts rolling a cigarette.
I got my character done faster that I thought. Say hello to pocsaclypse's gunslinger. background:
Deck grew up in the woods. He was raised by his father, Leed, who had traveled from the east, and settled in the area when he met Deck's mother, Wynn. When Wynn died in child birth, Leed moved into the woods with Deck and taught him how to hunt and live off the land. Together they lived a semi-isolated life in their cabin deep in the woods and only made occasional trips to town to trade for supplies. About a year ago, Leed died in a hunting accident while Deck had gone to town. Not wanting to live alone, Deck burried his father, gathered up his few possesions and started traveling from town to town looking for a new place to call home. It was in the latest town he came too that Deck heard about a new villiage being built. Seeing an opportunity to build a new life for himself and settle down, Deck signed up to assist and was assigned to the protection detail. He uses his position to familurize himself with this new area that he hopes to one day call home. My character sheets on my profile. Let me know if I forgot anything. |
