No, the assumption in PFS is the opposite: if it is not explicitly allowed, it's disallowed.

Yup, thats what i meant, the exact opposite of what i said >_<;

I was checking because I know you cant enchant a specific armor further than whats already built in, but with the argument that shield spikes arent really magic and that people have been saying that you can enchant the spikes separately from the shield (though im still unclear about that whole +20 shield thing, but im still researching) that I was thinking that you can just pound some spikes into a nice named shield.

Hmm, I was considering this for PFS play. I might have to look around harder for a more definitive answer, but if there isn't a rule about it then it should be possible.

So I can dual-wield small Flying Blades and effectively be Kratos lol

I suppose you could, albeit at a -8 to attack for each weapon before BAB.

It would be fun to see a character TWF with Lucerne Hammers though (-6 per). Just the sight of a guy with these two long hammers under his arms just kinda wailing on someone very inaccurately.

I say everything is there for this to be a viable outcome. Honestly, I would love to see this in one of my games, especially of the missed shot renders the shooter unconscious or was using some kind of poison.

Without devolving into a whole shield bashing debate (they are endless and end up more unclear then when they began, is it possible to put shield spikes on a Specific Magical shield.

For instance, I would like to put shield spikes on a Lion's Shield, simply put, is this possible?
