About Dazak

When Dazakaztak (Dazak) was born, she was blessed with blue-scales, showing a descent from the great cunning wyrms of the desert. Her mind matched her scales, and she quickly distinguished herself even as a hatchling in the all-important skills of trapmaking. “It is as if everything she sees, she sees first how to use it to kill” her teacher once said admiringly.
But where she was blessed with a keen mind she was also cursed with a small size - small and frail even by Kobold standards. Her unusual colouring and tiny size made her a natural target for her peers, and she learned to hide well and never forget her surroundings.
Dazak’s study of traps led her to magical traps, which in turn led her to magic.
While still barely a hatchling she would explore the caverns, and once found a tiny crevice even she, at less than a foot tall, could barely squeeze through. This crevice led to an equally tiny tunnel and miles of other caverns, which eventually led to an underground dungeon complex - some sort of tomb. Dazak returned periodically - pushing her to learn how to reduce her size magically as she grew - and spent ages carefully mapping and exploring the area, marvelling at the intricacies of the deadly traps.
To Dazak’s horror her last expedition revealed the whole place had been looted! The traps smashed. The horrors within murdered.

Dazak is small for a Kobold, and very good at hiding.

Dazak’s magic is mostly developed from first principles, and she regards it very much as an extension of trapmaking.

Dazak is LN to LE.
Everything falls into either Enemy, Ally, Master or Tool.
Enemies are to be ruthlessly crushed or hidden from.
Tools are to be used mercilessly, efficiently and effectively.
Masters are to be toadied up to. If reptilian they should be worshipped, otherwise they should be plotted against.
Allies (so far fellow Tools of the same Master) have to be worked with. Ideally one should be trying to make them your tools, or using them to promote yourself in the eyes of your Master.
