Kadance: I used the base map you linked and made a little indiana jones style itinerary which starts playing automatically upon clicking it... However if you find the other half of the map all the way to Katheer I can add that leg of the journey to it! :)
Has anyone come up with a map itinerary / handout for this adventure? I can trace a red line on an existing map like anyone, but I'm hoping one of you came up with an ancient parchment style looking map. Daysie's peeks out of the familiar satchel to locate the threat. Her little head then goes back into the bag. Then her bum, tail raised high, finally presents itself out of the bag!

With a successful ranged touch attack, the creature struck by this spray must make a DC 12 Fortitude save or be nauseated for 1d4 ⇒ 2 rounds and then sickened for 1d4 ⇒ 2 minutes by the horrific stench. A successful save reduces the effect to only 1d4 ⇒ 4 rounds of being sickened. A creature cannot use the scent ability as long as it is affected by this musk.

The skunk grunts and squeals a little as the bag lands on the soft turf. Poking her head outside, the animal spots a patch of clover flowers and begin to much eagerly. After several minutes, Magdelina finally dares getting closer and begins to pet her familiar, talking to her softly while the rest of the group practices.

Daysie then climbs back to the safety of Magdelina's handbag. Move action to return to familiar satchel; I placed the picture of a cartoon skunk on the map to show where the skunk was when she sprayed, but she is no longer there after returning to Magdelina's bag.

Daysie sniffs the claw marks, trying to identify the scent. Scent - Survival DC 10; out of combat, taking 10, auto-success; if it's an animal or creature that's in the local area there's a chance Daysie could have detected those scents before; likewise, if these tracks are from the Baby Dragon, the panotti, fortune-teller, Madame Masque, someone close to the Sphinx, the familiar would know due to their interaction with them the day before. Daysie has an Intelligence of 6 and understands Magdelina perfectly. Although she cannot talk back, if the familiar detects the scent, Magdelina will be aware due their Empathic Link and the level of excitement from the small creature. |
