Saw some cool videos on YouTube showing how to make your own dungeon and cave tiles. just look up "The DM's craft" to find the videos... neat tutorials.

It can be fun to storm PCs with weak enemies but the weak enemies can never hit decent PCs. Anybody have any rules to make it so hordes of smaller creatures like goblins have any chance of hitting higher level PCs.

Here is a Tendriculos model I sculpted for the Rivers Run Red AP (Other figs provided for scale). I sculpted Tendriculos out of super sculpley with a wire armature for the long arms. I also added some texture by dabbing the model with modeling paste.

Enjoy the pics

tendriculos Pics.

I created cardboard terrain for the final Stag Lord fight. I modified the map for my fort so it looks different than the map from the adventure path. The black areas are covered by Black posterboard to simulate fog-of-war. I didn't use a square grid so we just measured the distance like you do in table top wargames. This gave a lot of freedom as far as placement. Enjoy the pics.

P.S. After the first ignoble defeat of my PCs they returned and unleashed furious vengeance on the Stag Lord and his cronies.

Go to Stag Lord Fight.

Anyone know if the XP listed on the Kingdom milestone chart is divided among the PCs or given in full to each PC?

My PCs are stepping into the kingdom building phase and I am confused how the new rules from the Game master Guide can be incorporated in kingdom building. The Game Master Guide has different rules than the modules rules. The problem I am running into is that the Game Masters Guide rules only go into defining cities stats but not building them as you do in kingmaker. Any advice?

Didn't Pazio make a graphic available to gamers that had pictures of various potion bottles on it. I was looking for it again but can't find it...HELP

Here is a paper fig sheet for, Oleg, Svetlana, Jhod, Kesten, 2 guards, tyg-titter-tut, Perlivash, Davik and Kressle.

Just print the paper figs on card stock. fold them over and glue them. (I find glue sticks work best).

Was wondering if anyone can answer this question:
Can a Bard maintain a performance (say with an instrument) and melee in the same round? From what I understand the Bard starts the performance with a standard action but can maintain it with a free action. It makes no sense to me that a bard could maintain a performance on an instrument and fight at the same time but that is what the rules seem to indicate.

Thanks for any clarification.

Here is a pic I made for a Female pally in my campaign. Enjoy and use as you will.
