Grapple rules state: If you do not release the grapple, you must continue to make a (grapple) check each round, as a standard action, to maintain the hold.
If a kinetisist adds a grapple infusion to a persistent effect (wall, cloud, etc) do they need to use a standard action each round to maintain the grapple or does it run 'automatically' until expiration?
