Will: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 Darren shakes the daze off after a few seconds. "Ugh. Sorry, y'all." He looks at the skeleton neatly cut in half. "Who did this? Good job!" No other bodies left from the prior battle in this hallway? Surveying the blocked passages, Darren states the obvious: "I guess we'll have to use the elevator."

Darren looks Esme up and down, and determines that she's either no threat or too great a threat for weapons to make much difference. He unstraps his shield and removes his helmet, and looks at the bottles she indicated. He figures that she couldn't have poisoned all of them, and she couldn't have known which ones her guests would select, so he figures they must be safe. He picks out a red wine and pours a glass before taking a seat some distance from Esme. "Thank you, ma'am. You said that Tripe was helping you? What was he helping you with? Er, if it's not too personal?"

"I'll take the enlarge person potion, if no one else wants it." Looking at the board, Darren asks, "Will it support my weight? This armor is pretty heavy..." If Filios is confident, Darren will cross. Otherwise, he'll wait in the lab and let the less-heavily equipped party members scout ahead, assuming there's only a room or two beyond.

Round 5, 21 HP Delay action until after Petvar goes. Feeling the entangling goop weaken enough to move, Darren picks up his sword and waits for an opportune moment to join the fray. Hopefully Petvar will finish the zombie in J8, and Darren will move to that spot - that's the closest he can get this round. Otherwise, he'll drop his sword again, and try pulling the table back to make room around Tripe. Strength check 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24.

Round 2, 21/29 HP, no effects Not sure if I'll be on to post in order, so posting action now. Use whichever is applicable. If the zombie in L8 is still standing:
Darren drops his morningstar and draws his longsword. He calls out, "Petvar, take the far zombie! We'll get this one!" He then swings at the zombie in L8 with his sword, attempting to throw off his defense against Filios's next attack.
Aid another (vs 14, I'd imagine, due to the cover of the corner) 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14 to add 2 to Filios's next attack against the zombie in L8. If Filios drops the zombie in L8 during round 1: Darren drops his morningstar and draws his longsword. He begins slicing at the goop holding him in place. Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20; Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 Darren shakes off the chill of the frost bomb, and he barely notices the goop cementing his feet to the floor as he swings his heavy mace at the skeleton that so thoughtfully closed to the immobile fighter. Power attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8; Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8

Darren leans up against the wall, looking over the piles of bones, disappointed that he didn't hit more often. He pushes his self doubt aside, however, and sets his mind to the task at hand. I'm coming up with 5033 exp. I went ahead and levelled Darren. Let me know if y'all are counting something different.

Round 5, 20 HP, AC: 23
After the healing, and seeing that some of the skeletons have turned their attention from Darren, he lowers his guard to try to improve his attacking accuracy. Mace, no power attack, not fighting defensively: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21; damage 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
M Human Ftr3
Round 4, 14 HP, fighting defensively: AC 25 Darren hopes he can continue to draw their attacks. He takes another guarded swing at the remaining sword-wielding skeleton. Mace, no power attack, fighting defensively: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
M Human Ftr3
Round 3, 14 HP, fighting defensively: AC 25 Darren begins fighting more defensively, recognizing that the skeletons tend to focus on one target at a time. He continues to target the sword-wielding skeleton with his own attack. Mace, no power attack, fighting defensively: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Unless the skeletons move from where they are on their turn, Darren's actions follow: Round 1, 21 HP, no effects Darren closes on the furthest skeletons, hoping to draw their fire until the rest of the party takes out the nearest skeleton and can join him. Double move to S4, avoiding AoOs on the way.

"Maybe we should go pick up a couple of those everburning torches, so that those of us who can't see in the dark can do a better job during our watch." Or if we have a sunrod left, we can use it. In that case, Filios, Petvar, and Darren should take watch in sequence, so we can each use the sunrod before it expires.

Darren looks intently at the inscription, deep in thought. "Yeah, but how would the three doors become one? Unless it's that they all go to the same place. But they already do, since it looks like all these halls are behind the same three doors. If this is as old as Solomon says, maybe the prophecy already came and passed? Or it refers to something on the lower floor. Hmmm... you guys just found a feather? We got that quill pen from the statue on the other side - another feather. Maybe there's a third one we missed?" There are other exits from this room than the door that just closed, right?

Darren had grabbed one when we entered the cathedral, but then we started grinding those crypts and Darren put it back. I'd meant for us to grab some on the way out, but I forgot. Darren can delay his action until there's light thrown in there, but he also has blindsight, so as long as he can see what square the zombie's in, he could've rerolled his miss chance. Course I don't think 10 hits in any case, so it's largely moot.
