This order was placed Jan 19. It seems to be held up due to "products out of stock". It does not mention which items are out. Is there a way to find out which ones are out and drop them from the order so that it can get rolling?

I placed this order Nov. 23. And noticed my bank had the transaction "pending" a few days ago. The funds never came out of my account and are no longer "pending". Should I be concerned about that sequence of events and the long processing time on your end? I know it has not been 15 business days yet, but you guys usually get an order rolling pretty fast....Please advise. Thanks
I am wondering why: Order # 1117228
is still M.I.A.? It says pending in my history, but I have received several orders since January. Is it an out-of-stock problem or is there another issue? |
