What's the relationship between Pharasma and Groetus? How would a Pharasma worshipper and a Groetus worshipper see each other/interact?

James Jacobs, I'm gearing up to run Tyrant's Grasp, and reading the first book I have a question that I can't seem to clear up. With the obols pinning the PCs' souls and bodies together, what happens if they die again, either in the Boneyards or in the Material Plane? Do they go back to Roslar's Tomb? Are the obols only good for the one death?
Nate Z - when writing the archetype I did think about putting such an ability in, but getting to throw chakrams at close range without provoking attacks of opportunity seemed like a better solution to a quite minor problem (a DC 15 save you don't need to roll while wearing gauntlets for 1d4 damage isn't the end of the world, after all).
